  1. I eagerly await the posting the RFG track, and I downloaded it swiftly as I saw it. In particular, I wanted to listen to more of Neko's track, as I had a similiar reaction as Justin and wanted to get better understanding of the lyrics (Also, sometimes I don't always have a good mind set to listen to music). I too have become much a fan of the track, and I enjoyed how the deathmetal growls gave the feeling I was listening to Captain K. Rool XD. Here's hoping the album get's finished up ASAP. I'm looking extremely forward to this.
  2. Hehe, you might consider being careful with your words Emunator:razz:. On that note, I've experianced much what other people have in terms of hearing a remixed music that they weren't expecting (Or were towards their tastes). Through this, I've learned to take away my expectancy of music tracks and simply listen to the track for what it is; an expression and work of art. Of course, this thought process occaisonally fails XD
  3. I listened to all of it (I have a terrible habit of spoiling myself too much XD). All I'll tell you is that this song is so much better than the previous version; and I actually enjoyed the lyrics despite the fact that I'm not very fond of rap. I could be being bias though XD. Also, WHOOT, Virt's track is coming! I've really enjoyed some of his works - and it looks like djp
  4. No problem Bahamut! I'm a patient man and I can wait, and rushing will lose the quality of the album XD. I think we both understand that, and I really am looking forward to this album. On a side note, I couldn't help but feel like I expected the delay to occur, although I hoped it wouldn't (Not trying to sound insulting or anything). I probably came from watching each track get complete that led me to that deduction, but I can't fully tell. Of course, I don't assume the track artists working here are lazy to any amount - I'm fully aware that we all have real-lives, and I really don't know what goes on with the recording and how long it can takes. 'Tis all understandable.
  5. Oh wow, this could tight for you guys if that's what you're aiming for, but then, what do I know about what goes on behind the scenes (Just that I see djp with 2 green tracks). Still, that will be awesome if you guys could get the album out by then. On a side note, do those that have donated 40$+ need to send you guys their address to receive the CDs?
  6. YAAAAAY! The more blue I see, the happier I am. I really am anxious to hear everyone's piece of work that pays homage to my favorite childhood game. Honestly, that's really all I can say
  7. For all of you folks wondering what the heck's been going on with the next D2 patch, here's the explanation: http://forums.battle.net/thread.html?topicId=18031060417&sid=3000 This was posted sometimes in June or the like, so I hope that means their finishing the D2 patch, though I feel dubious about it.
  8. I think it would be polite to give the projects, and remixes in them, some respect; because they've been working for some time to create these quality albums that varioius people would be looking more foward to than this project. After all, everyone's tastes differs. Also, November/December sounds like a nice month since November the month of my birthday, and December is, well, Christmas. Hence it just feels appropriate to me XD. Finally, I have my own theories about the secret, but I'm not saying squat about it.
  9. Hoooooh, it seems that our remixers have decided to make the Donkey Kong Rescued one of the surprises, by my guess. Hehehe, interesting...
  10. It's not that I don't like the program mIRC, I just don't want to have to get the full registration by paying for it; even if I now can pay with credit and it isn't much. I was never big in paying online, and I find it rather silly since a lot of other chat programs are free. I've placed irc.enterthegame.com as the server, but I get bugger all. I can't enable it for some reason, no matter how many times I click it to be enabled or re-enabled. Does this have anything to do with the password and Username I have to put, 'cuz I don't remember creating a profile on IRC.
  11. So I decided to download Pidgin as an alternative to mIRC, however, it appears that I'm no quite sure how to use it. I know I have to 'add' some kind of IRC account, but I can't recall ever making an account in the first place. Further more, the only thing that I see that I might be able to add #ocremix to is in 'Server.' So I'm now sure what to add and where exactly. Also, if I do have to make some sort of account, how do I do that? If you're not familiar with this program but with another free program - one that might be easier to use - go ahead and tell me.
  12. DUDE! The instant this mix got the rythm beating, I was filled with sudden inspiration for writing ideas. Some really good ones. Just pure awesomeness.
  13. Sweetness, I'm totally looking forward to what you guys have to say for every match. Have fun casting.
  14. Questoin: What will us other members being doing when we join the skypecasting? Other commentary, or something else? Either way, I'm totally up for joining. Just need to update Skype.
  15. Now that I've finished my intensive courses, I should be free for most of this week and a few of the next ones as well, so I'm open to a match then. I'm normally on AIM, my name being Lord Obsidious
  16. O.o I don't think I'm quite capable of doing that just yet. I'd need to get myself rather organized. Also, how does one measure their APM? On another note, having very little real-time fighting experience, I decided to try out the maps while duking it out with the computers before tackling real players; just to get myself a bit warmed-up. I mostly just did ZvP games, and before, the only way for me to win was Lurker rushing (Although I accidently Zergling rushed one successfully). I later decided to try a different build knowing it wasn't good to rely on tha strategy; a burrow defense build, and while it hadn't gone as successfully as I hoped, I did managed to win in the long run by containing the bugger. It was a struggle since I had to micromanage so many units, but it was a good starting experiance for me nonetheless. Now I just need to have a game with an actual player for good experiance. Oh, and I got up around 5 AM to watch the next Classic series of GOMTV. I was skeptical at waking up at such a time, but it was well worth it with the fun games. I especially enjoyed the ZvZ bloodfest and Efforts play.
  17. Downloaded all the maps onto my hardrive. Already tested on in an actual game play with a computer (I was surprised to actually beat it quite easily) Of course, I intend to play actual people to help me practice. A few things that might be an issue for me. I'm still doing an intensive course, and it'll be ending around next week (Thursday I believe). The good news is that I at least come home around 1 to 1:30 the latest; of course, it's an intensive, so I might have a bit of work on my plate to do. The only other issue might be with my wirless network, but it hasn't hiccuped on me for a while. Plus when it does, normally it should reconnect before I get dropped. Anyway, I give a late thanks to Garian for the advice, and also to him for organizing the tourney, even if I might not show up due to work. I am hoping to have a practice round or two sometime before them match with anyone. I wouldn't mind have a go with you Tensei.
  18. http://www.gomtv.net/classics3/vod/738 Thought I might post this in case nobody has yet seen it. Definitely a very good game to watch, and very tense too.
  19. Ummmm, since when was there mention of a prize to be won here? The last I recall, the guy in charge of the tournament didn't seem interested in prizes; and a few other as well (Nekofrog and myself included).
  20. I can actually get onto the IRC channel via mIRC, although I'm a little peeved that you have to pay for a more permanent version (I'm using the trial version). I'm a teensie bit shy to ask out to either Tensei or anyone else in the channel that might have a practice match with me; as it'll feel awkward to ask it in a channel where people might be discussing music. I assume I have the right channel, though. enterthegame, correct? Also, RL interruptions are a slight concern for me, but I'm pretty sure I patch that down.
  21. Wasn't planning on giving commentary before because there were already people who commented on how good it was; plus it was old before. Yet the revival has sparked me to bring in some really late comments. Well, more praise than comments XD. Honestly, I listen to your album quite aLOT, and to me, it's made of AWESOME. I especially enjoy tracks like Heatseeker, Air, Revolution, and surprisingly, quite a bit of The Return of Supernovatomic. For some reason I've always enjoyed how the lyrics went with the electronic beat. And it's not like every other track doesn't win it with me. The best part: it was FREE! Thanks for doing that man!
  22. *Long whistle* Wow, what a microfest. That was a brilliant idea to put up a shield battery; and then I LAUGHED when I realized the Goon had upgraded range and the marines didn't . Awesome find Tensei. Really shows that even outnumbered one to ten, you can still do a lot of damage with the right moves. Also, it seems a few of the maps mentioned I've seen before; primarily in the All Star Tournament. Too bad we probably won't have commentary to add to any replays, "Tasteless." (Not that I expect there to be any commentary to begin with).
  23. Well, here I go: Lord Obsidious: FOR THE SWARM!! (Hehe, hey look, each race has been filled up by a player XD)
  24. I relatively don't care much about winning any prizes, to be honest. I'm just here for the fun and game. On another note, when are we having this. I'm currently taking an intensive course, so I may or may not be too busy to play. It all depends on how much work I'll have to do and all. Weekends would generally be good with me (Although my course end some time at the beginning of June).
