I've gotta say, OCR-wise I have a bit of an obscure inspiration, that bein' Mr. Hylian Lemon.
That guy has the most creative, well produced, stylistically unique chiptune remixes I've ever heard. His original stuff would be freakin' KILLER.

Someone make this album real or I will.I am most looking forward to Up, Up Down, Down Lower: Porn Grooves of Game Tunes. -
...How did he animate my logo?!?! :OOOOOOOOOOOOFucking impressed.

Agreed. The eagle doesn't do anything. Look outside at stuff- at least cards move.yes i am pathetic.Nah, I'm down with that. Continue.

It doesn't, it makes a zip file containing all the project components so you can easily move your project between machines.I haven't used it, but I think File>Export>Loop Package will do something like this. You can export all the individual mixer tracks by selecting "Split Mixer Tracks" in the final render window under the "Options" heading. If you just render a WAV/MP3 as normal that pre-render window should pop up, it's on there.

100% disagree. Country is very predictable harmonically, it seems very 'cookie cutter'. You can sing along to a song you've never heard and guess the next chord in the sequence pretty accurately.this musical category puts WAY more musical effort into their works than some others, likely with the exception of Classical or complicated, melodic Jazz music.I've nothing against it as it's a pretty varied genre, however, most of the time, the slury, wailing accents the vocalists sing with irritate me.
Actually, good point.i think before we analyze country music we should all agree on what the fuck country music is. -
OCR, the best resource for last-minute Uni work help. I should know, it's more helpful than lecturers are.

They'd probably end up like the Reason one; very few threads, with most of the constituent posts by Neblix, telling you why said DAW is worse than FL.

My favourite line on the album."is it love, or co-dependency?" -
Rukuu Ro? Or is that 'ro' a period and your name is Rukuu, Luke?
Cool corporate identity.

Not that I can't find Labyrinth Zone on YouTube myself - you've posted the same link.
EDIT- FIX'SD@D

Wes, to get more interest, label the thread title with sexy incentives plz.
Don't listen to Strader, he's a buzzkill.

Willrock has just entered God Tier.
...HOW?Still not familiar with MM2 sadly.. -
What happens to his projects now and stuff?

This thread is now super special awesome.
Screw The rules I have a WIP.
-
Neblix, every thread I've seen with you in it has you squirting fanboy juices over FL-chan.

There is an eagle in the way, can't see the tree.

This whole strain of argument is just stupid because there's no resolution. I hear it all the time with graphics programs as well (Charlemagne, what are you on about using DA as an example? It just hosts images, it doesn’t create them.)he's got a point though. FL is incredibly easy to pick up and learn how to use right out of the box, but much like what deviantart did for terrible artists, the downside is that FL allows a lot of impatient, egoistic, and horrifically untalented people to make crap and dump it off in music portals across the internet.Someone writes something terrible in FL, they get rich, fucking well done the person who did that, you are now rich through little effort. I don’t see the problem guys, what exactly do you want fixed? Should we ban software accessibility?
It’s like earlier, when people bitch about topical popstar (Justin Beiber) or the evil music industry, if there wasn't a market for that stuff then it wouldn't be stupidly popular and these people would not be rich. You’re telling me that if you got the opportunity to write, I dunno, Lady Gaga’s next big hit for $4.Squllion, you’d turn it down because it just isn’t art and you’d be killing music? I guess it depends on how strongly you believe in the morals of longitudinal waves through air as a medium I suppose ;D.
Anyway stop being pretentious. Writing music on a computer takes some degree of skill and the ability to translate what’s in your head to reality. What about the multitude of kids who learn a few chords on guitar and start thinking they’re fucking musical gods? FL (or any other kind of software that does something that was initially not digital ever) has only done good to art as is gives free, accessible and personalised expression, whether you like that expression or not. It’s not cheating, it’s just a different skill.
Branden's comment about FL was probably the luziest of the lot.

I hate this, why is it not chiptune? Why are things different? I don't think I can accept that things are different. Why is your first non-chiptune mix not studio quality? Why would you ruin everything by being different? Why is there change? I don't like change.
I think it's just plain wrong you can be talented at other things.

Pattern blocks are still in....Except for pattern blocks. RIP ol' blocks. Oh well, out with the old, in with the new! Time to play the new toy! I'll get used to it eventually.

I think FL Studio is one of the biggest assaults against music in the last several years

Oooh, I LOVE the context of this, really cool way of thinking about the game. (Although, surely the game itself isn't 'solipsistic' until you find out about the Windfish's dream, and even then Link knows both himself and the Windfish exist, but creative licence 'n' all that.)
Despite that, the mixing is really off. It's a shame because all the elements individually are perfect IMO. I like the chords, I like the piano, I like the FX, I like it all but they are mixed together really strange- Ghetto Lee Lewis has covered it really.
If it wasn't for that this would be on my iPod. Please fix.
(Also I hate Descartes with a passion. If you read the rest of meditations you'll realise he doesn't even believe what he wrote there.)

Is that the kick-ass one where you could make your own levels and your own Megamen? The one I was bloody looking forward to? WTF this has ruined my day.
Also, *Cancelled.
Who would play an old-school themed RPG with a deep, open world a la Fallout, Elder Scrolls?
