Actually if you look closely, I think there are two platforms, it's just hard to see because Groudon's in the way.

I don't think it's likely that they'll use the exact same music for the Starfox stage again. Even if they used that one again they'd almost certainly remix it somehow. They probably only used the Melee track in the trailer as a placeholder.

No he isn't, and why the hell would the Sakurai say walk if he meant run? EDIT: Also there's no smoke/dust by his feet which is there when they run.

You can't RUN while shooting. "This time, though, you can walk and even jump while shooting these weapons!" It's only walking and jumping.
