  1. Hey dude, I ain't forget about your song, I just don't have internet at home anymore -___-"

You still working on it, or what?

  2. Wow. I never thought about remixing the American Gladiators theme myself (I played that game just to listen to the music when I was a kid! The game was horrible.... of course I was too young to realize that though.) Kudos to you for the great idea of mixing this with a Ninja Gaiden track, of all things! I was considering this to be part of my workout playlist until the pace started changing ~2:10. xD Now, may not be such a critic, but lemme give you some food for thought: 1:00 to 1:21 - The synthesizer that wobbles(distorts?) after a second; I don't find the wobbling too favorable. Maybe you could experiment some more on that part? Do you think the transition from 2:09 to 2:15 could be better? 1:21 to 1:34 - In my opinion, that part could've used that extra music piece that's in the source. Of course, it's fine without it as well, and it's your choice. I'd play with the idea of including it though. This isn't helpful at all to you, but 2:15 to 2:31 sounded like 'Power Rangers in Space' there xD 3:52-3:53, you sure you want that crash symbol for a pause? I REALLY like how you blended these two themes together. Awesome work. Definitely OC ReMix material.
  3. I'm surprised that no one has mentioned pokemon yet. Pokemon Red was one of my first video games, and the music was(is) just amazing to me. Some pieces of music from Generation 1 STILL have not been remixed right, imo...
  4. This shit had me head bopping through the entire song! The only thing I'd change is the ending, the ending was kinda abrupt there. Definite OC ReMix material, this song is definitely worth downloading! btw, I didn't realize who made this song until I finished the song(I was typing this while listening, lol)-- chthonic, I'm a fan of some of your Remixes, sir. Especially Fleeting Ecstacy! I love the saxophone in there, since I'm an alto sax player myself
  5. This remix has a lot of potential. 0:47-0:59, you can really work with the drums there, make it funky and stuff 2:33-2:57, you could go crazy with the drums there...there's nothing wrong there, but I personally would do something different with the drums. Either that, or I'd change the improvisation there (I'm thinking some 16th notes and stuff...sorry if I'm a hard guy to understand :B I'd explain much clearer if I knew some musical terms that fit what I'm saying...) I'd also add another instrument throughout the song, some beeps and doots or whatever, lol. What I'm talking about sounds like this: The sound starts right at the beginning, and some more, somewhat different at 0:42. (At least, I think it sounds different. 0_o) Anyway, you might want to experiment with that.
  6. The guy above me pretty much covered all the points. The drums are very off-putting.... And the brass(?) sounds weird as well...not sure how to explain it though.
  7. This is pretty good. From my experience, it's the kind of remix you would favorite on Youtube and listen to occasionally, but it's not something to download to my ipod... Having mostly synth throughout the song is...hmm...well, it's not bland, but it's not too exciting either. I mean, I know the purpose of the song is to be soothing and all.... I still think you can do better though. Personally, I would add in another instrument to tie in with the synth. And maybe make the piano solo longer (or just another solo with another instrument). The piano solo is beautiful by the way. Also, I'd add a better ending to the remix.
  8. I think you can really put in some work with the drums; you know, make the beat more interesting.
