At the beginning i though it was nothing especial until i went further it. Until this song kicked. I just stood still, without advancing the text, just to hear this wonderful yet haunting melody. I haven't felt like that since i was young, and i stayed with the pause screen on the aqua levels of DKC or trying to play the world map theme from Final Fantasy IX. For bringing this wonderful sensation back, i think this piece deserves a tribute.

Bump? I would like a bit of feedback from more people.

I think the mix is too much sided to the bass side, and the piano feels kinda automated, it also hits the higher notes in a strong way that makes my ears hurt a bit. The arrange is cool though.

The Drums and Strings are in the original game aswell hahaha, the strings plays when you are in water and dthe drums when you are in dry land (it had a kind of interactive audio, pretty cool :3)

I was going to say the same, the mix is really, really quiet, it has a lack of power.

Bump, scrapped the mix, created a new one, remixing Forest Interlude and Mining Melancholy.

Thanks for the feedback ^^ - The main piano? Now that you mention it, i totally forgot to add automation to it O-o Every other instrument and piano has its velocity, pan and volume adjusted except for that one, i am gonna work on it asap. - At 2:20 onwards "Mining Melancholy" kicks in, thats why it sounds different. - The ending was made to loop perfectly, i totally forgot to fade it too, thanks for that as well. I really appreciate the feedback, i really, really want to try to get this in OCR, every bit of feedback is amazing. So, in short, make some of the instruments less mechanical, add some variation so is not so close to the original, and overall try to make it more fresh, right? I think i will keep the heavy bass, thats something i love about the original hahahaha, thanks again ^^

Hahaha i have received mixed feedback about the drums, i think its a love it/hate it thing, i was trying to get a more, "rap" feel to for the drums, i was trying to put my own touch to this classic, but at the same time, trying to stay as close as possible to the original.
