Well I find you impatience offensive.I find your apology to be offensive! And, hell, I was going to watch the trailer but my ticket was taking far too long. I'm not enough of a Pirates fan to have patience here.
I will wait for this movie. It will be worth it. I mean, Pirates 2 left you hanging and theres so much room for plot twists.

I don't know. Sorry if my statement was offensive in any way, shape or form.so when did Russian become a race? -
Technically, its "In COMMUNIST Russia" but you get the idea. *sorry if that was racist*In Russia, trailer leaks you!I am not going to watch it. I want to see it in THEATERS! Nothing you do will change my mind.

I have 764 songs on my 4gb, 4th generation iPod mini. My iPod sucks though. Battery is on crack, says its dead when theres at least 3 more hours left on it. I blame faulty programing.

Hey, I like that game.Says the guy with the kingdom hearts sig.I have never played the 8-Bit game. Is it any good?

My friends and I were going to do that one but then I moved to another school and one of my friends is moving to Hawaii. So I guess thats not going to happen.i heard about that one too. the administration keeps looking all over for #4My current high school is to old to do anything extreme. It was built in 1922, renovated in the 1930s and has been added onto 5 times since then. So its old. Someone will probably do something sooner or later.
-
Probably since the PSP version sucked as much as a newborn elephant.
Similes ftw
-
Yep. I have never played the game (8-bit) but the song is amazing.

Thank you. I really like the music from Super Mario 64 and I love the mixes on the site already. More mixes couldn't hurt.Your comment has actually been noted on our private forums, and we all greatly appreciate the enthusiasm this early in the project's life. Please stay interested, since the project doesn't have a definite release date... We have a distant first WIP date because there are a lot of projects going on right now, and we're working around our remixer's responsibilities. -
Wow. Good fan art pic, Atmuh.

I can't wait for this project to be released. Its gonna be win.

I remember this really cool mix of The Haunted House and Merry-Go-Round themes. It had samples from various horror movies and I really liked it.
Heres hoping you can do an equal or better job, The Coop. But I know you can.
-
YES! Thank you! Thank you so much! I love this song, especially in 8-Bit form!
-
Well I can find videos and YTMD pages but not the song. And I would really like the song.

I posted this in requests and got nothing.
I am looking for the song "LONELY ROLLING STAR - FAMICOM VERSION" from Katamari Damacy. I believe it was on VGMIX before it went under. It sounds like it belongs on an NES or Famicom. Please help me find this song.
-
I got this song from VGMIX before it went under and I am having trouble finding it again. I really liked it and I miss listening to it. I must've deleted it when I cleaned out my music folder.
Any help finding the remix is greatly appreciated.

Wow. I wish I had the artistic abilities as some of these people. But I am seriously lacking in that.
Instead, I will make witty comments.
Nahh. Good stuff, by the way. Very detailed.

Underground meaning not that many listeners and not mainstream like all the other crap that is flowing through the airwaves.Well if you look at the name 'indie' it used to indicate bands that would produce and release albums independently. Bands that released only on vinyl, have very limited runs, or just a low level of distribution were quite underground and there’s still a lot of bands like that today, although it was much more the case 10 years ago. But these days indie rock has become quite popular and even the more obscure bands are on big enough labels for their music to find its way into most decent record shops. So now indie rock describes the sound more than the initial spirit of DIY alternative rock, although the sound can very heavily from group to group. I’d call both Deerhoof and The New Pornographers indie rock although their sound is vastly different.
Also, the new Of Montreal album is great. A bit darker than their previous albums due to the vocalist’s recent troubles, but it still has their trademark psychedelic flair. The new Arcade Fire album is fantastic as well.
Oh, and for people who are into slightly harder music, check out the Blood Brother if you haven’t already. “Crimes” and “Burn, Piano Island, Burn” are two most excellent albums.
Its underground to me since most of my friends don't listen to them. I don't know. I just don't like mainstream music that much.
-
Of Montreal is good.
I agree with you, Bahamut. The best indie rock is underground.
-
Yeah, don't listen to it at school. Just search the internet (or myspace, whatever you choose) for indie rock. You'll find a lot and they are different. They do have similarities but hey, lots of music is alike.
-
They are pretty good. I was just really bored one evening and decided to listen to Last.fm on the indie rock station. I was blown away by how good this music is compared to mainstream bands.

Check out Fischerspooner. myspace.com/fischerspooner
Personally recommend Emerge and Cloud but its up to you to whether you like them or not.
:/

I guess so. Most indie rock has a specific sound and most are under independent labels or self labeled.
Share some bands.
Mae
Minus the Bear
Snow Patrol
The Arcade Fire
Mew
Blur
Sherwood
OK Go
Belle & Sebastian
At The Drive In
Thats a list of the indie rock I listen to at the moment.

I rolled up a 8000-something meter Katamari on Katamari Damacy. Not lying.
