  1. I find your apology to be offensive!

And, hell, I was going to watch the trailer but my ticket was taking far too long. I'm not enough of a Pirates fan to have patience here.

Well I find you impatience offensive.

I will wait for this movie. It will be worth it. I mean, Pirates 2 left you hanging and theres so much room for plot twists.

  2. i heard about that one too. the administration keeps looking all over for #4
My friends and I were going to do that one but then I moved to another school and one of my friends is moving to Hawaii. So I guess thats not going to happen.

My current high school is to old to do anything extreme. It was built in 1922, renovated in the 1930s and has been added onto 5 times since then. So its old. Someone will probably do something sooner or later.

  3. Your comment has actually been noted on our private forums, and we all greatly appreciate the enthusiasm this early in the project's life. Please stay interested, since the project doesn't have a definite release date... We have a distant first WIP date because there are a lot of projects going on right now, and we're working around our remixer's responsibilities.
Thank you. I really like the music from Super Mario 64 and I love the mixes on the site already. More mixes couldn't hurt. :D
  4. I posted this in requests and got nothing.

I am looking for the song "LONELY ROLLING STAR - FAMICOM VERSION" from Katamari Damacy. I believe it was on VGMIX before it went under. It sounds like it belongs on an NES or Famicom. Please help me find this song.

  5. I got this song from VGMIX before it went under and I am having trouble finding it again. I really liked it and I miss listening to it. I must've deleted it when I cleaned out my music folder.

Any help finding the remix is greatly appreciated.

  6. Well if you look at the name 'indie' it used to indicate bands that would produce and release albums independently. Bands that released only on vinyl, have very limited runs, or just a low level of distribution were quite underground and there’s still a lot of bands like that today, although it was much more the case 10 years ago. But these days indie rock has become quite popular and even the more obscure bands are on big enough labels for their music to find its way into most decent record shops. So now indie rock describes the sound more than the initial spirit of DIY alternative rock, although the sound can very heavily from group to group. I’d call both Deerhoof and The New Pornographers indie rock although their sound is vastly different.

Also, the new Of Montreal album is great. A bit darker than their previous albums due to the vocalist’s recent troubles, but it still has their trademark psychedelic flair. The new Arcade Fire album is fantastic as well.

Oh, and for people who are into slightly harder music, check out the Blood Brother if you haven’t already. “Crimes” and “Burn, Piano Island, Burn” are two most excellent albums.

Underground meaning not that many listeners and not mainstream like all the other crap that is flowing through the airwaves.

Its underground to me since most of my friends don't listen to them. I don't know. I just don't like mainstream music that much.

  7. Yeah, don't listen to it at school. Just search the internet (or myspace, whatever you choose) for indie rock. You'll find a lot and they are different. They do have similarities but hey, lots of music is alike.

  8. I guess so. Most indie rock has a specific sound and most are under independent labels or self labeled.

    Share some bands.
