big giant circles
I cannot for the life of me find an email address to contact them at anyway. And it's too late to call. Gah.
Zephyr
I couldn't either, I managed to navigate myself to a send a message page in there somehow, I haven't gotten any responses at all from any of my attempts. It's rather frustrating.
zircon
Just reply to the sales email... worked for me. Also you don't need to email for the response. Once you download the program and run it, it generates the challenge code. It will link you to the page where you get the response code. No other communication needed. Meteo Xavier
The email address, btw, is support@applied-acoustics.com
big giant circles
well, shouldn't the support be for audiomidi.com? they're the reseller, after all.
zircon
Yes just reply to the sales@audiomidi email address.
Meteo Xavier
Either way should work. Thats just the email address I got a Response code with.
SenPi
HAWT! <3 zircon! Thanks for letting us know about these deals ! I'm going to be picking this up tonight
Kanthos
Got everything worked out; e-mailing sales was the trick. I also decided to pick up Lounge Lizard; I was blown away by how good it was given the memory footprint. It'll be a nice supplement to the EPs on my Nord Stage, if it doesn't outright replace it. theshaggyfreak
Just got my serial number. So, hopefully they should be on the way for everyone else.
Harmony
Just got my serial number. So, hopefully they should be on the way for everyone else.Seems very odd to me that people are having vastly different experiences with downloading and authorizing this product. Ahh, well. Glad to see it's eventually getting worked out.
Meteo Xavier
So what was that file that you download in the receipt page? My .vundo virus started acting up again after I downloaded it.
Zephyr
I'm hoping to get my code and link by the end of the day.
big giant circles
So did this turn out OK for everyone? I had to make a couple calls, but I got my codes, anybody still not received theirs?
Meteo Xavier
I got mine rather quickly and it works pretty well (even though 13 channels seems to take up a lot of RAM for a synthesizer module and virtually no CPU. Isn't it supposed to be the other way around?) I just want to know what that AAS file from the receipt page is supposed to be.

I'm going to guess that the file is just a placeholder in the event that they'd like to deliver the content immediately as opposed to in a follow-up e-mail. If that's the case, then the file is worthless.
Skrypnyk
So did this turn out OK for everyone? I had to make a couple calls, but I got my codes, anybody still not received theirs? I think I received 2 codes from them...
Moseph
I think I received 2 codes from them... I think I did, too, but I've been busy and haven't installed yet so I don't know what that's about.
SenPi
Ordered it, got the link right away, got the serial right away. And now I'm enjoying it its awesome
Zephyr
FAIL, I punched in the wrong e-mail address upon ordering it. I've sent them an 2 e-mails and a message on their website with no response, I even checked and the email that I entered was un-registered so I registered it and there's no mail over there either. Moseph
Has anyone ordered from audiomidi.com before this, and did it seem correlated with the amount of time it took to get your code/confirmation? I ask, because my code was sent immediately, and I had made an (expensive) purchase from the site earlier this year.
big giant circles
Nah, I don't think that has anything to do with it at all. When they're digitally selling a $200(+) product for $15, they're probably selling hundreds if not thousands of them. There's still a degree of manual confirmation there. The computer handles the transaction, but everything still gets reviewed by a human being, so there's bound to be a couple hiccups in the process here and there. Kanthos
So did this turn out OK for everyone? I had to make a couple calls, but I got my codes, anybody still not received theirs? I got mine, but I'm still working out my Lounge Lizard order with them. I placed it Thursday night, and have sent a number of e-mails trying to work out an issue they had. I ordered the download-only version (why wouldn't I? It's about a 5 MB download), and they're complaining that I either didn't give them a shipping address with PayPal or that it was an unverified address so they won't ship a product. They've been really slow about replying to e-mails on this; I'm going to call them if I haven't heard anything by noon today.
Palpable
I was happily able to get mine registered and active within 5 minutes of placing my order. I bought it blind based off the recommendations here, and so far in playing it around with it for 15 minutes, it hasn't disappointed.
