Anamanaguchi, Sabrepulse, and Henry Homesweet were rockin the Streets of NY

So today was the first day of their 8bitalliance tour and they decided to have a little fun to start it off. They rode around in their van and in a couple of spots would park and throw and amp on the top with their gameboys hooked up to it, and chiptunes blaring.

I got a chance to see them when they got to Brooklyn and they although they couldn't find a good enough spot to park the van where people would see it they still had some fun on a street corner, and drew a pretty decent crowd. I'm pretty sure they're throwing together a video of this+stuff from the tour but here's what I got to see.

First off, Spamtron = awesome in every way, shape, and form.

Cheap Dinosaurs (the tracks on myspace are chiptune only, but as a live band they sound amazing.)

Wizwars' Game Boy Rock!! EP is one of my favorites as well.

And check out everything on Pause, it's not all chiptune but it's damn good stuff.
