YuriTajento
Does anyone know of a good Android Melody App? I'd like to use it to remember melodies I come up with while I'm not at home.
Nutritious
Personally, I just get a decent voice recorder app and hum any music ideas into the phone for later. Sure, I look like an idiot, but it's the price we pay
Esperado
ik multimedia did just make a really nice voice recorder. otherwise you could try rd3 or caustic? seems like most android music apps ive found were just oldschool step sequencer style apps. I heard FL mobile was coming to android so you could keep an eye on that. otherwise there might be a piano app that lets you record little melodies. edit: just looked and i guess fl mobile is already out for android! is a hefty 20$ but its a pretty nice app for sketching musical ideas on the go, and you can sync it with desktop FL
dannthr
ScoreCleaner is an iOS app that let's you sing a melody in and it attempts to notate it for you--the analysis is spot on if you have great pitch, but it's an easy way to save ideas on the go. They might have an Android version, I didn't check.
