Boomer Kuwanger WIP

Started this at noon, got decently far.

Doesnt vary much from the original but its lots of fun.

The break in the middle where its just bass and brass, thats not supposed to be like that, i know its empty sounding, its going to be flushed out soon. Also the drums in the later parts, dont have many fills or variation, i just copied and pasted for some work on the guitar.

If you have any comments other than those 2, please post!

Everything's very in your face. I'd suggest pushing some things farther back to emphasize one part when everything gets a little cluttered.

well i would argue that thats the style of the song, but ill see if i can find some places to implement that, thanks.

Starts off a little mellow. The bass is a little weak (on my poor speakers at least), drums too. Not until the first snare hit does it seem like the song starts off. After that, it's okay - 'til 00:35 when it reall kicks off. The bass is maybe an octave too high at the 00:45-01:07 section, that part total lacks force. 01:35, the guitar sounds a little too high-freq, and a bit GM. Plus it eats the synth, so bring it down a bit there. And as you are probably full aware, you need an ending.

I like it. I've been meaning to do a MMX song. This one is good enough to keep me from trying to top it... for now.

as stated in the first post, that part is a joke, its not finished at all, its only in the file cause i didnt want to export the 2 parts around it seperately. yup, no ending yet, just a slice out of the project file.

A very nice start. Extremely catchy, especially towards the end. Some parts in the beginning feel empty, but that's the way it is with WIPs.

Man...if you can get someone to play some live guitar riffs for this, it would rock!

Panning is a bit strange... especially in the beginning, drums sound a little too compressed but that can be the style. I don't know, there's not too much to comment on (since most parts aren't done yet), so I'll hold back till a next version comes

I dont like how the beginning part is panned all the way to the left lol I dunno, too much in one ear. I'd like to hear some more before I comment any further. Work on this one!!
