Anyone can cook - I mean play! Anyone can play.... LOL! Seriously though. I've only been playing piano for a little over five years, and now I'm going to college for music! I wasn't very good the first 3 years until my music pastor told me to play for the choir. (Dang arrangements!) They weren't easy. At all. They were pretty dang hard! But because he pushed me (and pushed and pushed and pushed) now I can play new arrangements for the choir without even having to look at them ahead of time. This also helped my sightreading in other areas of music. Lessons and practice pay off. Seriously, do or do not there is no try. Push yourself and you can play anything well.

I'll tell everyone at our church to pray for you! (And trust me some of them never get off thier knees!) Also one of my favorite verses is Philippians 1:3 "I thank my God upon every remembrance of you," - Paul speaking to the believers in Philippi. Also here are some more: James 1:4- "But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. "But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. Also Psalm 1:3 "And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also SHALL NOT wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper." I think it's pretty clear that you have prospered in your talent God gave you. I don't believe this your time, and I hold firmly to the fact that you SHALL NOT wither. God has great plans for you as he does all of us. I will pray for you and "thank God upon every remembrance of you." In Christ darkclark

I've played piano for... six years? let's see since I was 11 so more like seven years. I've taken lessons the whole time except my third year. I've studied it classicaly, but this summer I'm finally doing jazz studies. My sight reading is proficient as I'm a church musician. church people think musicians have nothing better to do then learn a hard piece in a couple of days! I'll be going for the piano pedagogy major at Bob Jones University this fall. Pipe Organ for the last six months because my teacher made me. No offense to anybody who likes it, but I HATE playing it. I also happen to SUCK, but that's probably because I don't exactly have a pipe organ to practice on at home. I also have taken voice lessons for the past 2 years. Everyone says I'm good, but I think that I really suck. I'm currently working on choral pieces for church, memorizing a greig piece, and memorizing a debussy piece, memorizing zanarkand, and starting gershwin prelude II. and a trumpet solo accomp. and a quartet accomp piece. GEEZ i'm busy. I hope that was informative!

Lego Starwars was the first lego game to get decent ratings! mario rpg the first rpg with mario! shadow the hedgehog was the first sonic game/spinoff that had cursing. It was kind of funny and weird to hear a hedgehog curse every time they got killed. No it wasn't hardcore stuff, but compared to the other sonic games this was quite naughty! Especially when they told Robotnik to go to hell... that kinda seemed out of place. Super Paper Mario this first paper mario game that was too short and easy. What was the first system to use disks!? What was the first A-rated (or should have been) game? What was it about?

Kill plagarism!!! I love this site! I've not submitted music yet either, but I HATE it when I think that it could have been MY hard work stolen!! Someone needs to get this stupid kid some morals! :-xAGGGGHHHHH!!!!! Sorry, sometimes I get a little carried away. Seriously though, you had to know this kind of thing was gonna happen seeing that this is possibly the best remix site EVER. Wait, IT IS THE BEST REMIX SITE EVER. With all those stupid untalented gamers envying all the extremely talented remixer/gamers they just couldn't help trying to be cool for once in their life...

I play piano, and I am still struggling because my second year I had to be self taught. I also am pursuing music and am a senior in high school. I'm going to Bob Jones University. Major - Piano Pedagogy. Minor - Business admin. I'm going to open a music store in Michigan, and sell sheet music and instruments. I might also have some OCR albums for sale... I'm also taking voice lessons. also computer classes. And some classical organ lessons. is this pretty good preparation?

geez, I would LOVE to do a collab with someone, but I don't have any equipment. I've been looking for someone for a while who lives near Jackson, Michigan, but nobody will help me out. I'm so sad... But anyways, I hope you find someone! Come on OCR people!! We need friends!!

Geez I would love video game/movie soundtracks/music books. Piano preferably. The only thing is that this year I HAVE to get a computer from my parents. Life really sucks don't it. I would LOVE a gift from anyone though. Donations? JK! Also off-topic a tad, does anyone know where I can find scans of actual video game sheet music. I'm a fairly advanced pianist, so I want REAL sheet music. Not the junky kind of "lets just take a midi and convert it to sheet music" kind of thing. Thanks!!

I'm fairly new to the forum, but I guess I'm gonna make a request. I've been told that I'm a good pianist/decent singer with a somewhat limited vocal range:?. I really want to try to do some music, but I can't afford the recording equipment for piano or voice. I'm broke:-x! I'm not asking for money, but I am asking for help! I'm looking for a collab who lives near and can provide decent equipment. Video games were what got me into music. It's my primal musical force. I know this alot for a newbie to ask for, but I really want to try this stuff out!! Besides *brag alert* I think I'm pretty good at both! Thanks for listening and possibly helping!

Nice piano in there!! I loved the guitar! Just one thing though!! PLEASE get me a non vocal version. For several reasons: 1. The singer is good, but not trained. Not trying to judge as I would have trouble with this one as well! 2. It would make a great remix for me to sing to!!! 3. The guitar, piano, drums totally ROCK!! They'd be cool by themselves. 4. Lyrics could use some polishing, but there are definitely some GREAT sections. Very memorable mix though!! I will TOTALLY listen to this one often. Despite my complaints, the pros outweigh the cons!!!
