  1. This one is fantastic. It really builds quite epically. And I’m catching The NeverEnding Story vibes from the first couple minutes of the track, so that’s awesome.
  2. This one is a lot of fun. I enjoyed the vocals, and the biblical reference was an unexpected touch. I feel like the lyrics are a comment on cocky douchebags…perhaps a reference to Gary from the original Pokémon games? Perhaps not, but I’d like to think so anyway. Nice work, you two! More collabs are definitely in order!
  3. I absolutely LOVE this one. There's something so emotional to it, and it's also simply fun. The wife and I give this one 'repeat attention' often, and always enjoy it as much as we did upon hearing it for the first time.
  4. Maybe I missed this if it was already covered, but will this go beyond searching for music on the site itself? As in, will metadata be added to every track that can be sorted and viewed within iTunes? Sounds like a lot more work, so I'm doubting this is the case. Just curious, though.
  5. I don't typically find the time to comment on ReMixes but I just had to get on here and say: Amazing. Truly. I've listened to it multiple times in the past few days and I can't get enough of it! So epic and moving! Fantastic job, RoeTaKa.
  6. Ah, well there you have it. Thanks for the reply!
  7. Hey all! Simple question - since these three most recent torrents (containing tracks 1-2500) were released back in 2012, have any more ReMixes been removed from the site? I didn't see any evidence of that being the case based on the Changelog thread but... My iTunes is showing that I have two more ReMixes (2741 total) than the number shown on the complete ReMix listing page (currently at 2739 with Street Fighter Alpha 2 'The Strongest!'); the page you get when you click the link 'Twenty Latest ReMixes' on the homepage. Just curious what I'm missing! Or NOT missing, in this case. Thanks!
  8. Thanks so much, Kyle! That seems to have fixed it! I actually didn't even bother with MP3Tag; once you mentioned the compilation field I just selected the files all at once in Windows Explorer and set that field to 'Yes'. It looks like I could have done that straight from iTunes, too...not sure, though. Anyhow, thanks again!
  9. Have any of you had issues when importing this album onto an iPhone (from iTunes)? For some reason it duplicates the album, but only with a portion of the songs: It only does this on the iPhone; not in iTunes (on my PC) itself. Meaning iTunes shows one album and one of each song like it should, but when I drag and drop the album onto my connected iPhone it duplicates the album: One album has all 54 songs listed while the other album has 16 songs listed. BUT if I delete the 'extra album' with the incomplete track listing then those same songs get removed from the other, previously complete, album. It's really super annoying! Especially since I'm OCD and can't handle stuff like this! Please help!
  10. Will somebody fix this mp3, please?
  11. Haha, that's too funny. Italian Spiderman - whoever heard of such a thing?!
  12. FR, where is that clip from in your sig? It's a hoot.
  13. YES!!! I have it for my SNES, but the darn system just broke, plus one of the trigger buttons didn't work on my controller! This will be my first full play through, believe it or not! Yes I know, for shame.
  14. Hey, there's nothing wrong with wishful thinking. Then again, I'm sure that if it did happen it just wouldn't capture the spirit of the original - it just hasn't been the same since the Square Enix merger. It would probably be worse than the movie. Ah, but this topic belongs in a different thread.
  15. Oh, is it officially coming to the 360 now? I've been out of the loop lately. Either way, it'll be out on PS3 quite a bit earlier than the 360.
  16. Apparently no one's excited besides you and me. Might be the reason I pick up a PS3 this year. Either that or the FFVII remake. That is official now, right?
  17. Man, I LITERALLY just CRIED while listening to this remix. Not balled or anything, mind you, but my eyes did well up and I shed a tear or two. It gets to me every time but just now was the first time I've actually responded that emotionally to it. It just gives me such a sense of hopelessness and...well, DOOM. Yet, somehow it lets me know that there is a small light at the end of the tunnel...this song is absolutely amazing, Rimco. Thanks.
  18. MY birthday's today. Can I get a 'nice job'?
  19. Well, sounds like I can't go wrong if I decide to go - does anyone have anything negative to say about the show?
  20. Sooo, what did you think of the actual quality of the orchestra? I mean were you just mildly impressed or actually blown away? And the choir? I guess my best question would be, if someone attending this concert was a non-gamer, would they be totally surprised by the quality and class of the event, or simply brush it off as amateurish? The reason I ask this is because I want my non-gamer girlfriend to come, and don't want this event to deter her from being more open-minded about video games in general. Yeah I know, kinda lame, but it's not the only reason - I want to know if I'll be disappointed myself, as a gamer. So, what do you people who have been to this before have to say?
  21. Yeah, I'm seriously considering going to the Columbus one. Only thing holding me back is all the mixed opinions I've been hearing about the concert in general, like how they play a lot of songs from less memorable games, don't play the songs in their entirety, how the show can come off a bit cheesy, etc. I've been waiting to see this ever since I saw the Hollywood Bowl footage, but now I'm not so sure if it's worth the money, at least not for the $60 seats I planned on getting. Does anyone know if these concerts differ greatly from city to city? Basically I just need someone to tell me that I'll get chills at some point, me being a longtime fan of the music from Zelda, Final Fantasy, Mario and the like, as I know many of you are. So, can I have some candid opinions from people who have been to one of the shows?
  22. Just curious as to how many songs I should have in total after I have downloaded all three torrents. I have 1,202 but I think I might have accidentally deleted a few from the list (cut and paste instead of copy and paste ). What should the grand total be for all three torrents?
