I am totally on the Smash database now. Now if I can get the #ocr server to work, I am ready to get smashed.

Im doing 2 minute matches at my store (shhh don't tell anyone) cause well, 1 minute match would mean Sudden Death every time. Then the final match will be 3 stock.

Ack I meant Wiimote + Nunchuk, either way its not the GC controller. Also unless the store is doing the tourney on Sunday, most are doing it before the midnight release. Hence your gonna have to watch or participate either way (if you get there early like one should)

Its strictly Wiimote because that is what they are doing it in every part of the tourney. (District, Regional, and the National) They are trying to make it fair and a new experience for most. I was gonna bring in my Wavebirds but read the rules and cant. I just don't want someone moving on to phase 2 and saying "I got to use a Gamecube controller at the other store" And I get in trouble. XD

I'm sure a lot of people will play with ya, and I am so down for a game since my friends have to work early the next day (so do I selling SSBB XD) but I am a far bigger nerd then them so yeah I don't think I will be sleeping. Hosting tourney Saturday afternoon, then buying my copy midnight release, then opening early to sell it at my store(my Gamestop is in a mall so we cant do a midnight or have to hire and pay off police for security), then going home to play some more. 24/7 SSBB X3

I also work at Gamestop and that is all true, it varies from store to store. But basically the wont sell any reserved copies of the game with the hot titles for 3 days. All Gamestop stores will be getting their copies today and tomorrow, depending on how far south you are (Southern areas take awhile). They receive depending on the reserves the day before shipment but get sent more if reserves pick up closer to release. My store is receiving 107 copies as of the shipment sent yesterday but we have 109 reserves as of tonight, so they will send more the next day. This works with other stores as well.

That is made by the same people who maved the saved game cheat SD card, which happened to fry peoples Wiis to being a large paper weight. Use at your own risk.

I play games for replay value and if it starts to become redundant, I get sick of it. Too each his own I guess. But then its fuel to my fire when I fight these folk and win or lose to them. Of course this does not only apply to Smash except for the fact its all I do... But enough of this, I hope to play many of OCR when Brawl is out in the States, then that just leaves the wait for UK and then all of ze world will feel the joy of Smash.

While I didn't buy the game, I checked it out from work and boy o boy did I have a laugh. Dragon Blade: Wrath of Fire is utter crap. Imagine Soul Calibur Legends(it came out before Soul Calibur Legends though), now divide it buy 109 this it what you come up with. I like games that try and "take advantage of the Wiimote". Har

My manager really liked it because he just finished Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker on his DS and enjoyed seeing some of the same monsters in it. I never take my managers word for it when it comes to games. I guess the only value in this game is nostalgia.

Popular or overkill? You can like something and have it ruined if others only talk of it or just to many talking of it. Good example could be in the movie industry, lets say 300. When you first saw it, I am sure you all shit yourself in the raw power of the 300 spartans! But once you realized it was everywhere it can be ruined. That being said I usually steer clear of things of such nature. Such as Fox/Falco/Marth in melee. And AIDS.

More so popular demand kind of issue. If said character is popular with many I steer clear from that. Majority places I read said character is enjoyed and used by many, hence me no likey XD. I like different, its a pet peeve.... I honestly think I am gonna play as everyone for reasons of knowing my adversaries, do that with all my games and recommend it to everyone. Common sense though

Well I hope to prove myself worthy when ze game comes out. (finally) I have been playing melee and air dodging in no particular direction to get ready to that change.... Blargh I am hosting a tournament for Brawl on the 8th before the game comes out and in between games I am gonna play the better folks to brushen up. Can't actually compete since its work oriented. Side note: Any of you guys use Wario, was gonna start with Diddy but since Atma uses him (glare) I can tackle Wario instead. Although I can use Donkey and we can go ape shit on someones face, if you want a partner in banana hijinx! *nudge nudge*

I am blessed with the ability to check out games from work so I don't waste my money in the long run. I tend to look for replay value in the majority of my games though :3 I could name many games that require a friend or friends to join you to take the game to its full advantage since my friends lose intrest in games =/ No one will play F-zero with me But lets take a wack at this. War Gods (N64) - I had 5 dollars and Blockbuster had it on/for sale. Not worth $0.25. Samurai Legend Musashi (PS2) - How do you ruin such a awesome adventure/RPG concept such as Brave Fencer Musashi Only thing similar between them other then the porting from another world was the annoying main characters voice....*cringe* Harvest Moon (A Wonderful Life) (GC) - Now one could say this about many Harvest Moon's but damn was it tedious! Stupid agricultural simulators! Pokemon Mystery Dungeon (Red or Blue) (DS) - I <3 Pokemon and this made my stomach hurt. The story and/or reason you are a pokemon was the only thing that drove me to continue playing... didn't finish it though, Pokemon Pearl/Diamond came out shortly after.

Have you heard Dieselboy's Dungeon Master's Guide album, pretty much the only thing I listen to now when I play a shooter or something fastpaced. Plus it has Optimus Prime talking through out it X3
