    Quickest Speed Run

    I beat portal in about 38 minutes yesterday, and I even took some time to dick around.

    I've beaten sonic 2 in about that much time as well.

    The only time I actually did a speed run, with a stopwatch and people watching me was playing through s3&k (all emeralds).

    I think the total time came to just under 1 hour and 30 minutes..

    I'll have to look for it, but that seems about right.

    edit:

    Metal Gear Solid in 1:25 in hard difficulty.

    Damn, I thought my 7 hour run was good. O_o

    I've always wondered, do the cut scenes add to your total?

    I totally love it but I'm totally dying at level 2 all the time :D Need to play it more though.

    Play championship mode. Once you beat level 5, you can do anything.

    I can't make it passed level 3 in adventure mode, so don't feel bad.

    That aside, I need an xbox. I am going through video game withdraw without it.

    Too bad I am a poor college student.

    Besides being single player ONLY with two modes of game play and five levels... It was lackluster IMO...

    Better value than a re-release of geometry wars. But then again, I didn't like the first Geometry Wars very much. I like Galaga legions because it seems to have the perfect difficulty, and is a good pick-up game.

    The five levels are hard enough to be challenging without making you want to cry (Ikagura).

    As for castle crashers;

    It was fun. Like a faster paced Golden Axe, but not worth the price tag. Like Braid; I'll be waiting for the price to go down.

    ok, that didn't help at all.

    ya it is going to sit on my shelf. we made it cause we like the game. no other reason. so i don't care who sees it. really.

    It's more or less Sweet Tooth's story.

    Sweet Tooth has the most ties to any group of characters in the whole series: his father Charlie Kane (driver of Yellow Jacket in the first game) and Marcus Kane (split personality, Roadkill's driver). In Black, he has an unnamed brother that only appeared in Twisted Metal Black, who himself drove that game's Yellow Jacket vehicle. He is also directly responsible for the creation of that game's Axel, whose wife he killed, and Cage, who wishes to be a greater killer than Sweet Tooth.

    So. He's an insane clown.

    Deep story.
