Get her a PS2
It's pretty much getting to that point...
She's borrowing mine with Okami and Katamari Damacy.
They are liking those games a lot, but they "wish they were for PC".

Final Fantasy VIII
I was looking at ff8, but I can't believe how much it costs.
Otherwise, it's difficult finding JRPG's on the PCI guess so...
I asked her what they liked about FF7, and they said the story. If that makes a difference to anyone at all.

Here's the story:
I let my girlfriend borrow my copy of FF7 for the PC, and she loved it.
And so did the rest of her family.
Seriously, they all played it and loved it.
Now that I've given them a gateway RPG, they want more.
So I am looking for a simple PC RPG that will run on a somewhat decent computer.
Any suggestions?

yeah, to be perfectly honest, when i played tf2 i fell in love with it.. i love how the system worked... the only problem with that game is...
my computer sucks.

Play on 360 like me and all the other cool kids. =D

I was one at the time, so I don't remember the release.
However, I still have the family genesis, and the box it came in.
I have claimed it, and it is now priceless to me.
Now, if only I hadn't sold half my games...

The first game I ever remember trying to play is Super Mario Brothers 3.
The first game I remember playing effectively was sonic 2. I will never forget when I beat that game for the first time. It is likely one of the fondest memories of my childhood; as sad as that sounds.

An update for me as well:
Selling: Refurbished Xbox 360s price depends on what accessories I sell with it. I usually sell with all the accessories that come with the premium package. Price range: $100-$135 (no to full accessories) + $15 shipping.
Any more info?

I haven't even begun to check out stuff for upgrade, but it is becoming increasingly apparent that I need to.

Not to mention the flash version is FREE for the PC.

It sucks because I just sold my ps1 copy of ff7 recently.
I recommend the PC version over the PS1, if you can find it.
