The first time I played TF2 was in the dayroom of the 373rd Support Squadron at Misawa Air Base in Japan. It was April 1st, 2008, and I had been to the BX with some friends and we all bought a box copy of the Orange Box. Those were the Halcyon Days when I was a younger man, and had time and expendable income and an imaginary wife.

@Level 99 started up a ranch community in Black Rock Cave, Texas. Ole @Vilecat moved out there too. It isn't easy balancing school, work, fanfiction podcasting, and a lovelife, but I somehow manage to fit in eight hours of gaming in a day.

2 to 6 hours of battery. That is not great.

Currently playing it for the Nerdyshow Network twitch stream. It is a lot of really cool moments, cheesy writing, great level design, and fun firefights. I am 50% in love.

Can I post Overwatch butts?

Will not be going. Didnt have fun at the previous Mag, and it is getting harder and harder to justify going there. Dont wanna pay 700 dollars to be grumbly for three days.

Im in the Pre-Open beta for Overwatch on PC, and there is a definite skill gap that I see in game, but I don't think that is due to shoddy MMR, but more to do with Blizzard wiping everyone's stats from closed to open. The System works, but because everyone was returned back to zero you get matched with SkillGodz. I feel that if you have a long beta, such as with Overwatch you kind need to let the higher skilled players keep their MMR, so newer players arent scared away from skill gaps.

Pokken Tournament is a fun game with some terrible voice-acting.

Capcom swear vengeance on people that abuse their clearly well thought out ranking system: "Yes, we are well aware of the problem of players disconnecting before the match ends to retain their League Points and their win streaks. Thanks to all of the players who have brought this to our attention. We are working on a permanent solution to this problem, though we don't have an exact date to share with you at the moment. That said, we are going to take direct action starting next week to punish those players who are abusing the system."

Well the game is apparently a hot pile of unfinished garbage, with modes missing, stuttery game play, and frequent desyncs despite 4 betas. Edit: Oh and the PC version doesn't support any fight sticks.
