hmm this is pretty dang good. Nice solo man. The drums do indeed lack energy though. Try layering them or boosting their gain/and or volume a bit. I'm unsure if the judges would like the 16-bit low-fi quality of the guitar. And the rinse and repeat thing just sounds like the song is looping and not really moving onwards except for the fact to reiterate itself. I don't have any suggestions as to how you can fix that part, because I'm no expert at progression =S. Makes me wish I played the game more >_>

Conversely, I've played piano and trumpet for a huge portion of my early child hood, up until grade 10. And still I'm an amateur at composing music. So...I think that that's a weak argument (about the fact that ppl don't play instruments = noobs at composing). ALTHOUGH I do find it kinda unfair that I see Liontamer as a posted remixer and all he has is a vocoded voice sample in a song. I Know, I know he does a lot reviews and stuff and contributes to OCR a hell of a lot - but it still hurts T_T.

wow this is kinda romantic in a way. Reminds me of a sad love scene or a very tragic event. I like this conceptual idea a lot, keep at it Drummy BTW this would REALLY benefit from a lot more dynamics in velocities and volumes. I know it's just a draft, but keep it in mind if you haven't already

I love the filter FX and trick drumming (if that's what it is), though I think that Geoffry Taucer has pretty much gone over all of the issues here. The samples are pretty decent IMO, not too much lossiness and it's not too muddy though I am not a pro at telling if it's been mastered well or not. This is a greaty start Phyijay, though I've no clue why you wanted my opinion

Well um as for this I find that your voice is a bit restrained, but at least its on key at least 50% of the time . If you had other instruments than just a piano, then perhaps it'd make your voice feel less "exposed" ^^. Not quite my cup of tea this mix I'll admit, cuz it needs your expertise drum work =p
