  1. thanx, m8. i want to make more remixes, if i just had the time. since i started at Uni, no remixing has happened.

    appreciate the support!

  2. Yo OCR! It's us again, Reunion Netlabel. The totally OK VGMAC/DemoScene/Trackerscene/Netlabelscene music station in Sweden again releasing a version of zircon's "Warhead". Beatdrop realized the source completely with his aggressive break/bigbeat style. Fantastic rendition from 2008 which hasn't, oddly, been released before. Well, a blast from the past it is, so. uhm. Here it is. (I hope this qualifies as a community related release, otherwise, just move it somewhere, OK?) Direct Download: http://reunion.sgxmusic.com/182%20-%20zircon%20-%20Warhead%20(Beatdrop%20Remix).mp3 Website: http://reuniverse.org Enjoy!
  3. A while back I played around a lot with a program called TextAloud Mp3, it's a text-to-voice generator, and I had a lot of fun creating voice samples with it for both "Led By Bears" (2007) & "Bizarre" (2008). When browsing through my Sample Library i found some untouched material and one of those things were quite offensive. It was created for fun during a conversation with theGarbs, and as it has turned out, I've made a track with it called "Same Olde Attitude" now. And here it is. In it's not so fancy glory, on Reunion, in 2011. Enjoy! http://reuniverse.org http://reunion.sgxmusic.com/181%20-%20Platonist%20-%20Same%20Olde%20Attitude.mp3
  4. sorry for leaving the project, guys. i had no inspiration to keep working on my entry after the lufia 1 part got removed - i will create a final mix on the old Lufia 1 only track and submit it to either OCR or RTS, i wish you all good luck with your tracks! cheers, Jonas "Platonist" Loman
  5. Hey! Reunion Netlabel is where you find free electronic music, released at a steady pace, with HQ music from many people from this community, but also from the net label/demo scene/music scene in general. Check us out, OK!? http://reuniverse.org (200+ FREE tracks!) -.------------------------------------------------------------ After more than a month of silence we return to your ears with TWO electronic releases from Candybag! "SOLITUDE EP" & "CEREBELLUM". These releases make it difficult for us to maintain the usual layout of the right panel, and the release guidelines we've been following. Anyway, prepare yourself for some bouncing trance and drum & bass madness! Here the new stuff: * The Solitude EP has its own cover art! It's the first EP of its kind and the only EP released since 2008! * Cerebellum is a (catalog-style: )RMB0XX track, but it's from 2007. Learn how this happened @ the Remember Page. Visit the webpage http://reuniverse.org and/or download The 001-180 Torrent (we need seeds, please!) [right CLICK & SAVE AS, something is weird >.<;;]
  6. Nobuo has been my greatest inspiration for over 10 years now. Not entering this competition would be plain stupid!
  7. HAH, yes! Folders like that are commonplace when you have Digital cleaning OCD. Problem for me is, I've got a lot of those folders at the moment, so I tend to go "meh, can't be arsed"
  8. Oh! Winamp sure as hell doesn't show it Hah, now that makes me feel stupid
  9. i couldn't have used any program to do this, since the DATA of release order is only here on the site and no-where in the current mp3 catalog itself. if i had, however waited 1½ year with this project I'd know about Larry's project and never would've bothered
  10. If you look at the file names in the search result you see there's a number. all folders have an internal 001-xxx system so that when I search for an artist/game I get the result in release order, which i, as a label manager, is OCDingly addicted to.
  11. True ^^ It was a fun year though. Now All I do (2010->) is renaming every track that gets released as I download it. ^^
  12. Lol, yes I know about this. I was already done when I got the news, though EDIT: I will look up the ones that has been updated SOUNDwise and replace them. Will not bother about the new tags overall. This was for my own benefit only, and I never intended to spread the catalog sort online. ^^
  13. I'm not sure if this is the place to post this. Move it if I'm totally off course... OCR-OCD_PayingOff.png It's all thanks to Windows 7, really. I started this sort-out MUCH earlier (2009) than I got my hands on it (2011) - pretty lucky tbh. The Search functions in 7 & i guess Vista made this idea of "catalogging" work out perfectly.

Check us out, OK!? http://reuniverse.org (200+ FREE tracks!) -.------------------------------------------------------------ ...And with the end of this semester and the coming summer activities we welcome back the ones and onlys, the glorious, Easily Embarrassed. In 2006 Jeffrey joined his brother Nick to make music with Peter and formed this awesome trio. They had a few releases in the free music scene (subco and right here!) before getting signed and subsequently releasing two great albums! Also, they're apparently working on EE3, their 3rd album! Recently, they added a section to their site called "After Hours" - where they put up non-album material for free. "It Goes Too Fur", was picked from there, and has been given permission to be released on Reunion. Thanks! Get ready for some brand-new EE music as well as an unreleased blast from the past. Check us out, OK!? http://reuniverse.org (200+ FREE tracks!) -.------------------------------------------------------------ Oh yes, to prepare ourselves for the upcoming 180 release, here is part 2 of the deFusion & Saiko remember marathon. In 2004 Nick & Peter decided to call their project Plantbane and they had a track released on Subco under that pseudonym. That track, namely "The Last Ingredients" has now been re-released here on Reunion along side another, unreleased Plantbane track, called New Life!! - Be prepared for two really great, blood-pumping psy- tracks, from our "Easily Embarrassed" heroes! PS. The site will undergo a small re-haul for 180, so It might take an extra week for the next release to get out. Stay Tuned! 17. ok, talked to the author. the sweep is actually him ripping off the label on the bottle - looped.
  18. reverb is of course allowed in the production stage. the sweeping is definitely looped fizz. ^^
  19. Glad you liked it! I'll tell him about that. (I wish I had a better website, where you could actually give feedback to each individual artist ^^) also, when we reach rns180 (probably next week) there will be a new torrent and direct download for 001-180 + albums, ep, etc the current one only reaches up to 150.
  20. Hey! Check us out, OK!? http://reuniverse.org (200+ FREE tracks!) -.------------------------------------------------------------ So, it's a special occasion, and we welcome another newcomer to Reunion! As some of you might know, I (Jonas Loman) study music production at the Linnaeus University - and I'm in a class filled with talented people from across the country (Sweden). One of those is Emanuel Abrahamsson, a.k.a Audio Hills! A while back we had a sampling project. We had to pick one object at home and record noises and stuff with it, and subsequently make a song ONLY from said samples!!!! From the title of this song you can imagine what Mr. Hills decided to use! Incredible, right? ...Stay tuned for more!(?) 22. [i Go For The Quick Version Today, sry] SGX and Sad/Good News!!! Ok, Let's start off with the sad news. While SGX is still live and kicking, his label Protagonist Records is closing tomorrow! He says, "In the 2.5 years I operated Protagonist, we got a lot of listeners, sold plenty of music, and had a bunch of fun ... I don't feel like this is a failure. It was just time to focus elsewhere." GOOD NEWS: To celebrate this occasion, there's a final boom sale on all commercial Protagonist releases - GO GRAB NOW!! - and also, enjoy the last single-release "And All That Between" from his latest album, today, on Reunion! Direct Download: http://reunion.sgxmusic.com/178%20-%20SGX%20-%20And%20All%20That%20Between.mp3 Website: http://reuniverse.org Enjoy
