I hear ya. I'm also trying to get there. Difference is that I'm unemployed and would happily lose a toe to get a job in this wrecked economy. Don't know if I can give any advice other than "keep practicing" and "keep your best foot forward" I say keep your current job as long as you can and get more involved in music until it can support your needs

And yes, the percussion takes some time to get used to in the first minute, but once the track reaches its peaks it does the groove justice. The track is a 6+ minute progressive psytrance freakout with heavy rhythmical layers, eerie flute samples and a towering testimony to Hungarian Trance. Hi folks. I know I haven't been very active and/or subbing new remixes over the past 3 years, there's a good reason for this. I've been working my ass of at the infamous Producer-Factory called Linnaeus University. ... and now, I finally have my Music Production degree. It's only a Foundation degree so far (or rather the Swedish equivalent of that), but it might turn into a bachelor degree later on. With that said, I can promise you that I'll sub something shortly!!!!!! ...and because I love you so much and how much this community & site has given me, I'd like to share a snippet of my degree project. I turned it into a video and threw it up on them youtubes... info on the project: the arrangement was created from three short acoustic loops I recorded, using timestretching, beatslicing and heavily planned effect chains, like eqs, comps, bitcrushers, filters, adsr manipulations, distorsion, reverb, delay etc... I only added the vocals in the last minute, it wasn't part of the objective and I only added it to make my presentation interesting. So if my singing sucks. Please bear with me. SO, Sam deleted the videos of his live piano jams for his albums at ubiktune as he said "in the heat of the moment". So I'm basically posting this to see if anyone was awesome enough to actually download the videos while they were still up. he clearly seems to regret deleting them and that they are "unrecoverable" at this point. I'm a big fan and have gotten used to passing them around alot. please help me!
