So, is there a difference to the source tunes? Let me explain, RedXIIIRedux and Ascention to cosmo canyon seem to be based off the same song, but one is cosmo canyon and other is valley of the fallen star. Is there a difference? And if there is, are they both represented in this project?

I smell plagiarism. I actually don’t know what you are trying to do by quoting my words as jimmy’s. And to set the record straight, I don't go around and insult people for the fun of it. That is the behavior that will get you banned. Also, did anyone else notice how jimmy just posted 5 posts in a row with one sentence to each of them? That seems like a really crappy way to increase your post count. He should have just done it the correct way. I have no love for idiots, flamers, or trolls explicitly, but if someone only does it one or two times a month, than I'll dismiss it. And I will say it again Atmuh, no one really likes it when you just troll/flame others just because you don’t like the guy. I don’t like Atomic Dog, but do you see me insulting him? No, I go against him and call him out on what he does wrong. What I don’t like about you Atmuh, is that you persistently disregard everything I say(probably not even reading what I say) and just throw out an insult. Example: I made the thread asking why girls must own so many shoes. Immediately, you responded with: You don’t even take the time to make it grammatically correct. You just make some really crappy insult that makes people disregard whatever you say. If you don’t like something that I say, then explain why. Don’t just go around, trying to make others look worse than you.

I'm happy Unmod is gone. I mostly stayed around ppr anyway. The site seems 'cleaner' now, and that's a good thing. With the exception of a few, the trolls and flamers have gone. In particular, Ghost Princess. Anyone remember? His/her(you can never tell with screen names) post count dropped like 8,000 and then got banned. Good riddance to Unmod.

I hope this is the place to ask this. What I want to know is, do remixers really get inspiration or take ideas presented in the requests page? And if so, how often will they actually create a mix based on ideas posted here?

An entire live choir for One Winged Angel? How did you guys pull that one off?

That's wierd. I would have thought "One Winged Angel" would have been the one that the team would have jumped on right from the start. However, there isn't much to do with it without changing it radically which would take a lot of work. But hey, I thought that's what made it worth doing.

Ok, so I need a little help. I am 42 hours into the game and ironically all my characters are also level 42. Maybe one 43. When the key to the Luthusu(sp) mines fell from the sky city, it would wash up on shore somewhere. Well, in the hunters camp outside of Archedia, I found someone talking about it, but I have talked to everyone there in that hunter camp and there have been no other clues. Also, any help with getting into those two doors in the necoral of nabudis would be great. Same with the Sochen cave palace. There is a locked door there as well.

Quoted for the purpose of getting an answer. Here's an idea that just came to me. What if that dog was a test subject for the new software that Square Enix was developing for Advent Children? Maybe they did such a good job on that dog, that they didn't want to waste it.

Like I said, most of music from ffac is remixed from ff7, but there are some genuine new ones. Here's "Cloud Smiles". It's the one where Cloud comes back to life (or something like that) in the pool in the church at the end of the movie. The big black dog that keeps appearing in the film. It hangs out around Zack's buster sword, it appears when Aeris(Aerith*) just finishes talking to Cloud in the white area after Loz and Yazoo do that massive magic attack. *In the origional version straight from Japan, Aeris should have been translated Aerith. They fixed it in kingdom hearts and advent children, and this has been subject to many questions on why it is currently spelled like that.

Just how much of AC's music isn't a form of ff7 music? Probably the fight in the forgotten city, cloud smiles, the really bad song where Kadaj is convincing the kids to drink the water... What else is there that isn't already covered in some form from FF7?

I've finished listening to all the mixes of the games I've played. Mainly Final Fantasy and MGS and Chrono Trigger. Heck, I haven't listened to more than 10 Chrono Trigger mixes. Now I am looking for good songs to put on my mp3 that I haven't noticed yet. I tried looking at the reviews page and thought that if something has many reviews, then it must be good. When I listened to Zelda, the Music of my Groin I saw that I was mistaken. So, what good songs do you listen to here on OCR?

When I read the writeup, I said that this was going on my mp3 without listening to it. After listening to it, I discovered that it wasn't the best out there. The song is good. I will give it that. But it doesn't capture much intensity that say, Philharmonic suite would do. It is a very high quality piece and interesting all the way through, but the song itself really isn't worth all the hype that people are making it out to be. Jeremy Soule did a great job, that much is certain. But the mix just doesn't seem very active(only word I can think of.)

Lets see, I beat the game already. Rushing through it actually took me almost 70 hours. I am currently level 37-38 at 41 hours and I am about to go to guerovegan(sp) to get the treaty blade. Also, I saw the trailer for revelant wings and if it comes out in the US, I will buy a ds for it and ff3. Come on people. Just because it is a spinoff, doesn't mean that it is a bad game. It looks like an ff tactics game which is fitting because the same people that brought you ff12 are the ones that brought you ffT. I will say it again, who cares if it is a spinoff? If it is good, then would you complain that it is? Find out if it is good or not and then decide to critize it. Don't they look younger? Also, the characters look like they are made in the same style as ff9. EDIT: By the way, I am currently listening to the credits because that music isn't in the game. I so wish someone would do a remix of the song starting at 2:05. It was on the trailer for the game and I was looking for it all game and it finally came in at the end.

Wow, I wish that you could upload songs to ddr and make your own step pattern to them. This would be the perfect song to do that with. Yes, I play ddr. As stupid as you look on it, it is a great exercise, a great agility workout, and its fun. Song was really catchy and I am not a big techno kind of guy.
