I'm back everyone! Thank you for missing me. I read what everyone had to say and my inbox is indeed full so I will clean out within 2 days and reply in a orderly fashion. Long story short - The hard drive to the laptop I was using crashed so I lost everyone's work from July to the time I disappeared... so I will get those tracks back from Stevo. I am still currently in Colorado living with my older brother and he is extremely cheap (lol) so we tend to "steal" internet elsewhere. When my laptop got repaired, we didn't have the internet for a while so I took the time to catch up on some movies and played a few games. Ironically enough, the game I decided to play got it's project posted recently. That was a major coincidence. I'm speaking of Final Fantasy V, obviously. I have a lot to catch up on, especially music-wise on OCR. I will admit, I did really need time for myself and I'm glad I did that. If something happens to me again, please go to Stevo, abg or bLiNd. PM or e-mail them for anything regarding the project. I will IM certain individuals so we can catch up. I might make a new s/n because for some odd reason "jadearanharuno" is locked. I am working on filling up this track: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hJxBD52zqjw It's the ending theme song for the Wild ARMs Japanese version. I've asked an artist and waiting on an answer.... so keeping my fingers crossed. If they say no... I really have to dig around. Anyone have an idea?

I agree with Jewbei and CN... this is not his best work. I'm pretty disappointed. There's no way I can sit down and listen to it all the way through. The melody does not work. I know he can do much better than this. I can't say I blame him though for several reasons. He needs to stick to FFVII's "Fading Entity", FFX's "White Skies", and Super Metroid's "Jade Catacombs" style of tracks (his FFIV mixes were good too, but these other ones are better). I believe those are his BEST and I'll never stop listening to them. To me, he is one of the best artists in the world and I will always support his music. He is trying to get himself out there with different genres though so you have to notice his effort in trying something new. Many people are not respected when they change their style like Chris Cornell's Scream or Linkin Park's Minutes to Midnight albums. I will defend him in that arguement. Sometimes I also struggle with something new despite the fact of how open-minded I am about so many things in life....but still, I can't say I will ever enjoy this one. I do hear the hard work poured into this remix and that's what he's great at. I'm sure someday he'll give us something similar to White Skies so Jewbei and the rest of us can shut up. lol

Got the chance to give this thread some love! FINALLY BGC gives us vocals for one of his OC ReMixes. I only want more of them! Beautiful track, Jim. Since you have so many FFA tracks, I take it that's your favorite game?

Okay - first post has been edited. Happy July 20th. Got a few WIPs, but some have been upgraded to collabs because they're struggling. Now here's the deal - the next date is November 20th for substantial or almost done WIPs. Meaning GREEN or ORANGE at least. I will now announce to everyone my goal for this project is to be released on December 20, 2011. Now you know why I always choose the date 20 in every WIP date. I don't know if that is a realistic timeframe, but that is the 15th anniversary of Wild ARMs' release in Japan. I REALLY think we can do it. We've been making a lot of quick, good progress. It is all up to you though how fast you work or what energy you have to work on your tracks. You know you have moral support from me and you will get your feedback. I may in the past have been falling on some rocks, but I don't disappear for long. If we cannot make that date, my 2nd hope is April 30, 2012. That is the 15th anniversary of the release in America.

BUMPING thread. 1 more day guys for WIP updates or possibly finished songs? Got some new stuff in... we're up to 25 finished songs now. Woohoo!!! Hoping to get something tomorrow, if not the next WIP date (November 20th) HAS to be the day to make our tracks turn at least into GREEN or ORANGE. Great job abg for helping me out as well and welcome Archangel to the club!

Sorry guys - I had a little set back, but I've returned. Got a few WIPs I will review shortly. Those will get PMs from me soon. In other news, I have promoted OC ReMixers abg and Level 99 to be my co-directors. Tracks will still be sent to my e-mail or through PM at OCR. I have edited the top of the first post in the first page. We will give you all the feedback you need in due time so do not worry. This project is my number 1 goal right now to complete. I want to thank everyone who has worked so hard already. We're almost reaching our one year anniversary since it officially started. Let's see how many tracks we get finished by the end of this year. I shall be receiving more in a few weeks hopefully, promised by some people. Good luck to everyone else trying to get their songs finished with their hectic schedules.

love the original and love the remix. one of my favorites in the FFIV project. thumbs up.

I'm real picky with what synths people select in a track...and I believe this one was actually done well and great enough for me to leave a comment. Always like Rozo's stuff. I expect more of it.

I think Rozo executed this track very well - I like this a lot. Good job, Rozo...as always.

Got Radiowar's demo...and even though it's only 44 seconds.. I REALLY LIKE IT. I can't wait until he gives me something more substantial. I really love that guy's stuff. oh and btw...everything in the private forum regarding WIPs and finished tracks have been removed. You can read why in the thread there. Please only send tracks to me for feedback.

That's a really ignorant thing to say. If I did not like rock or heavy metal, why have I allowed for it to pass for my project? I don't have many, but I have quite a few in the project that is that kind of genre, it is not entirely electronic. My goal was not to make it all electronic, but in the beginning a lot of them said no. I am just now getting a few more. Just because I prefer electronic music doesn't mean I do not like rock or heavy metal.
