hey, folks, the name of the game is fun. granted, i can't sit here and just sorta listen to it, i gotta get drunk and dance. that's fun. so instead of harping on it, i say enjoy it as camp. i bet franz keller submitted this song just to be zany anyway. fun.

when i played vortex, it offered some of the best video game music of it's day. this remix plays on that fact and brings the tune to life. to be honest, i would like to hear more remixes of some of the other levels of this game, too. hook us up, micky V!

oh, baby! listening to this, i can picture legions of the undead rising from their graves and dismembering small children. mazedude managed to completely evoke the gothic eeriness that should have accompanied the original doom 2 game. bravo!

great remix. this is the kind of music i can put into a cd player, close my eyes, and daydream about infiltrating terrorist headquarters or whatever to. stimulates the imagination. good and good for you.

hey! that was cool! i like it not only for my short attention span, but because noone else had the balls to try it. Then again, maybe noone else could pull it off quite so well! mad props to A Scholar & A Physician.

this mix has a nice sweet groove. relaxing in a kind of trancy/ambient way. gotta be one of my favs. oh, and that other mix you were talking about, weird, with the kick ass guitar work was done by project x (who, by the way, has a lot of mega man 2 and 3 songs that can be found at http://www.zebox.com/projectx).
