Except in Valve games, you will get locked in a tiny room with characters that keep talking no matter how much you shoot them in the face and nothing to interact with in the room until the door magically opens as soon as the other characters are done talking. You may maintain full control, but when there's nothing to do and the doors are locked, you are still being spoon fed information through what practically amounts to a cutscene.

The YouTube streaming doesn't always go up with a new song immediately, because it takes some time to get the video uploaded to YouTube, then go back and add it to the page. It's usually up within the day though, from what I've experienced.

Thus, the Extra Credits crew can declare this video a complete success. Why? It got people talking about this.

Hey Kenny, always good to see another VGM podcast, and the concept of a music video podcast sounds interesting, so I'll be sure to check it out! As for BT: That's kind of an odd policy, unless they're taking a cut of what the ads make. I'd think that it would be okay, so long as you aren't actually selling the podcasts or the music for profit, and it remains free to watch (even with ads laid over it or whatever). I'd go for it, regardless. The BT crew are pretty great and more exposure to VGM is always a good thing.

I really like Game Over's new vocalist. The riffs are solid, dasaten was a great addition to the lineup, and the production on this is much improved over NESperado. 'Little Mac's Confession' still maintains a special place in my heart and is Game Over's magnum opus, but this is definitely a great arrangement of an iconic theme. Good to see Wire and Game Over still active around these parts! Also, that ending rhythm sounds familiar, but I can't place it...

Well, the idea here is to take a source and come up with a theme for each race, so the fact that the trolls don't have a specific theme is kind of irrelevant, because the remixer is being tasked with creating one. However, I will agree that covering the main theme and a couple other significant songs from the game would be a good idea.

The website really is nice, though I'm not sure how I like the content being stuffed off to the extreme right on a widescreen monitor. It'd probably be fine if I had a standard monitor, but it looks weird on my setup.

This album is very relaxing. Not the direction most people think of when they think of Zelda, but I think that just makes the project all the better.
