were only refering to the master track on a mixer and its loudness or thats what im talking about atleast. what do you think were refering to?

6 DB sounds loud as heck, theres only one song i'v done thats at 5.5-6DB and that track was loud, but maybe it clipped once. heck I would usually only go up to 0-2DB so I dont loose quality. I think 6DB is commercial loudness, but I dont think theres a real standered.

but the 2 DB master is going to be uploaded later man 2DB is loud lol.

This is a chemical plant remix, a bit old, but Its my version/master that I left in my pc for awhile. I thought this would make it to my little album I released a while ago, but I did not include it because the wav file was very larg for bandcamp.

Wow did not get this post on updates XD All synths are massive and abletons operator (altho I use FM8 and sylenth 1 mostly , i wanted to use massive), and there is no bassline, I boosted the crap out the lows because I was to lazy......... The bitcrushed synth was ither fm8 or massive, i dont remeber And the plucks arnt with envelops i did it with an LFO, a Saw wave form

I think I posted a thread about getting his tone, all i did was make sure i did not mix hot, and limit the master track and increase the gain on the limiting compressor. heres the thread, i even gave away the ableton file http://ocremix.org/forums/showthread.php?t=35166 not the best sound cause i did not use enough gain on my sound card XD

You can do all that and midi is not sound nor music, its data, and if your not confortable with FL like many others, try cubase, ableton live, protools, etc..... A DAW or Digital Audio work station IS a sequecer or there called sequencers, and obcourse drum sequencer like the ones on drums machines like 909s and 808s and FL studios drum/sample sequencer. Sample librarys VSTi's and stuff like that are around, here let some one eles answer this for you because im running out of time here, and welcome to OCremix. somewhat of a communtiy:tomatoface: (j/k)

great question/observation Well, the past projects except the crash and bomberman (and other projects) got cancelled because the idea got boring that I dropped those projects. And some of those projects never even get posted like that french house remix I did on flying battery, people on fb said it sounded great, I thought it was weak in idea. So in a way yes, I drop projects I dont find a point finishing, but not all of them.

I mean all thats in my pad are Bells from ludwig from school percussions a while back, jackson dk2, mixer and interface and pt interface,cubase dongle, mxl mix,shure mic,nord wave (rent to own, I love bills music in MD ),fisher price keyboard(great samples xD) and axiom. pretty much stuff i got overtime/over the years. all that stuff sound like a room but its not really.
