Nah i'm good. I like what I came up with and I don't have a problem about extending the day. More submitted songs the better.

when going through the sauce website. The mnp link doesn't have this song in the category. However I do see this challenge over at the orc link in the compo section. Should I submit my song there or wait for the mnp link to be up... Also, Am I right to assume that the file formats is the same to submit over at the sauce site?

it was hard to vote between Jason and Evktalo, both songs are great. Evktalo - I liked how you made pokey's theme into a background/supporting role as you marth theme was going on, it blended really great. the synth used for the melody made me imagine there was someone stranded in a desert somewhere in the middle east, just traveling in one direction. Jason Covenant - From start to finish I imagined that there was these group of guys dancing the night away by having a montage of going into clubs. If my review didn't help, i'm sorry. I don't really review things at all but because this is the finals,I had to make an exception. So the next best thing I know I can do for music reviews is say where the song(s) takes me in my imagination as I listen to them. Its a shame to see the community that was here slowly die out since the tournament began even with the chance to still be able to participate as the fallen to help keep the community alive (Great Idea btw Fenix). we can't win all the battles, but i'm still glad I was apart of this group.

I wanted to do more fallen songs, but for almost an entire month I have been helping my sister from her sickness. Been helping her with her medications,helped the ambulance ppl take her to the hosp twice, babysitting my nephew and keeping the house clean. the choices for the villain fallen songs were great Fenix, I had a real long debate on whether of doing hallow bastion or that other song from ff8. since i couldn't do anything I feel like this lol

just submitted my (fallen) song and I am pleased to say that it is NOT a wip, it is a finished song didn't want to take the chance of oversleeping again.lol

is there a specific way u want the naming to be done for the fallen? (This isn't mentioned in the list from the first post)

is it possible if I could just do a mix from one of those 4 songs without doing my saturos theme? or its mandatory to include it when I pick one of those 4 Fallen songs?

Ya i can do a lil breakdown Jason. timaeus222 Covered most of it in his evaluation, but those harps and pizz strings at the end were from the sherincal song. The Low notes were from 0:48 from the source video ( the horns being played), while the high notes of the harps and pizz strings were orignal ideas... the reasons I think my portrayal of the sherincal song might not have been heard is that there not in the same tempo and not in the same note duration...and since the sherincals notations were far apart from eachother, I added more notations for the in betweens (also to help portray my version of the saturos theme to mix together)... Also, I might have to agree with you on how thin the source material was Jason. I tried to make sure my use of the sherincal song was plentiful. Its just that IMO, the sherincal song is one giant build up song, of course the emotion is there but there was hardly a melody there to support the emotion that is being portrayed. So I instead tried to make the notations from Sherincal support the chords of the satorus theme. If you got more questions, I shall answer them.

ya same here gercr. I didn't realize how much time I actually didn't have on the work since i was babysitting my lil nephew... on the night before the due date for submissions, I didn't want to stay up late and thought to myself," I'll just wake up early in the morning to finish it."... PFFT!!! that sure as hell didn't happen,lol... I overslept and was able to still upload, so i rushed the hell of the last ideas I had so that it at least touched 2 mins( the harp and pizzacatto strings part). I said," fuk it! Its done". lol.quickly save and export the WIP...If people felt like the end was super rushed or off, its because it was. XD

slowly but surely... beginning kinda sucked for me cuz I was over juiced to finally start working just to find out that I had to slow down cuz lewis's piece didn't had a midi file.lol. I went from "HELL YA! IT STARTED!!!" into,"SHEIT!!!!" since i had to do the notes by ear. XD

if theres no voting then how else we going to decide who advances between Yami and evktalo?

freakin sweet idea u got going on. just suks that i'm figuring out about this now (as its about to begin) and the rpg maker vx ace tournament is under going right now (ughh so musch work!). I'm here to ask if this theme is applicable. this song plays when Chrono is being judged in a courtroom. I have always thought of this song as a theme for that (evil) judge.lol

pretty cool way to reinterpret the song. from 0:00- 2:20, i felt like i was listening to an alternate theme version from the show "tales from the crypt" then from 2:21-end, its a montage of the crypt keeper having a party at that mansion.lol
