Oh man I didn't click on this link for a while cause I don't know the xenoblade chronicles, but now that I finally did, this song is epic ! (had to search it separately cause this vid got taken down, sad) 4 days is not a lot of time to do anything hah don't even think I could do anything good with how good this already is. Background Info: So I have always been wanting to participate in some of the remix competitions here, but find that school takes up a lot of my time. Especially so each time Riot Games releases a new champion for the game. Often times they tease the champ, and then release them onto the Public Beta Environment to test them out before shipping to the live server. After about a week the PBE will be updated with a login screen and theme to herald their arrival. From the day they update with the login theme I know I have about 2 weeks, if not less, till they come out on live servers. I haven't seen a lot of remixes for these login themes for anyone, so I started challenging myself (cause being stressed out is so good and all) to remix their themes and uploaded before, or on the same day they are released. (so if you want to check out what I have done so far then check out my youtube) But I guess I am posting here for one specific remix. Taliyah is the most recent champ to hit League of Legends and SOMEHOW through finals week, I decided to remix her theme over the weekend. So here it is, ask questions, leave comments and feedback because the reason I remix is to get better! Thanks!! Bits of info on the piece: Dubstep?chill? Like a mix of them both. I use FL Studio. I did not make the growls (the individual growls, I did to the composition side of it of course and the main bass, which is fl slayer then distorted and chopped off the low end to add a sub), yes the original track was used, I always incorporate the original track in my remixes. Her quotes were taken from the wiki page about her and then many many many filters and effects or modulated/chopped up, but all quotes are from her. I hope none of that feels defensive, I just want to give as much info as possible. If I only get good reviews, then I'm not going to change, and I Want To Improve!! Ruby and Sapphire seemed to think more horns were better XD But jokes aside, I liked the mix. The percussion was pretty on point with level wise. The only big I think I have is when the cymbal is played multiple times in a row, it wounds completely the same. Which, it probably is, but in a live performance would sound somewhat different each time. But really, that's a small thing. Also, end credits "Originally", oops. XD Again, I really liked it. Bit low end a bit heavy, but who doesn't like some extra bass (I don't compose orchestra music myself, so if any of this seems off then just take away what makes sense for you!)

For the poll, what does making original remixes even mean? I mean a true remix uses original samples from the original piece you're using, and a cover would be just like using the straight midi but with new instruments. So does it mean like a cover remix? And this source is awesome! I just started replaying this a couple weeks ago when it was on sale on steam!!! YES!!

K, so. Had problems trying to make my ThaSauce account.. It's asking a weird question that I CANNOT ANSWER. (Name a ThaSauce subdomain, is this commom knowledge!???) so I am uploading to my soundcloud cause, yeah, problems. And I will be pretty busy Monday and on so I kindof needed to just get it uploaded one way or another. If i'm not doing things right, let me know! I don't mind so much if I don't get into this competition, as long as I learn the flow of these things so in the future I can participate again. Thanks for this opportunity!

Im not sure what's going on, but when I click on the Download the remixes! link, I always get the pack for the Soma round, not this Simon round. Any help? It may just be me, which would be to bad.

Wow super cool! My first thought was SkullGirls!? It sounds so nice, I like how much more full it sounds with your rendition Sorry it's actually critiquing it, but just some small but positive feedback.
