Jigglypuffs are marshmallow pokemon. They're SUPPOSED to be roasted. In the Kanto localization of Ghost Busters, the Staypuft Marshmallow Man is a giant Jigglypuff. (Slimer is a Gengar.)

Wait are we supposed to commit to a particular race for this tournament? I tend to switch it up based on the map and what my opponent's playing and the position of Jupiter compared to Betelgeuse etc etc. My b.net name is NativeJovian, though. If I have to stick to one race I'd go Zerg. (And complain bitterly all the while!)

Man I didn't even get to Kefka on the FF6 save I had ages ago. I got to the final dungeon and every single random battle I ran into practically game over'd me. And I hate grinding so hard that I never bothered to do anything about it.

Did we ever figure out how that worked? I know that people randomly got "you found X!" while just wandering around, but some people said that they only had it for that map, or something-or-other like that, but that may have been because of the Steam/VAC connection issues we were having last night. If it's really just "you now have X because you just do shut up", that's incredibly lame.

True fact. I'm working IT right now and whenever anyone ends up with a virus the answer is "your files are saved on the network drive, right? Okay then, go go gadget reimage, your computer will be fine in a half hour or so." But yeah. If you still have a Windows disk lying around, pulling anything you want to keep onto a flash drive or something and then reformatting is probably easiest and safest.

In other news, Star Wars is superior. Needs moar laserswords.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks this. I haven't watched it in ages because they stopped amusing me at around that point. I find it supremely ironic that he mentions something to the effect of "OH NOES MUSIC GONE OFFICIAL SHARK-JUMPING MOMENT" in his credit-text for that video, because it was more or less true. Didn't help that the official theme song was the most generic rock imaginable.

My K/D ratio is 0.87, which is actually higher than I expected. I die a lot doing stupid things for the sake of achievements and/or sacrificing myself for the good of the team. ("If I can grab the intel to keep it from resetting/touch the cart to keep it from rolling back/jump on the point to contest it to keep them from capping it'll be worth it even though I die instantly!")

Oh! I guess the moral of the story is lies, damn lies, and statistics. I still suck a lot, though. But not enough to bring my whole team down with me I guess! It's progress!

10,000 individuals should be plenty to continue the species. Estimates of minimum viable population size go as low as fifty individuals to avoid inbreeding in the short-term and around 500 to maintain genetic diversity in the long term. The galaxy might not exactly be hip-deep in Vulcans, but assuming they make a concentrated effort to get everyone together and continue the species (which certainly seems likely) and barring any further massive reductions of their population, they'd almost certainly be able to survive even without resorting to methods like cloning.

The hell? Does no one have over 50%? I am confused.

It sounds like when your account was created, it wasn't given full admin permissions. You'll need to login under the admin account (there has to be one, the computer won't let you have no admin account on the computer) and change your user settings to "Administrator". You can do this by going to the control panel and clicking user accounts. Doing this will also show you which account on your laptop has admin rights. The username will be on the left and "Administrator" on the right. If you can't remember the password for the admin account, though, I dunno what to tell you...

In other news, I need to learn when to just give in and ragequit. Honestly. It's bad for my blood pressure otherwise. (But I REFUSE TO LET THE GAME BEAT ME GODDAMNIT.) Apparently I really do suck that much, though. I checked my server stats and I only have like 40% wins. Given how often teams are scrambled and maps change and whatever and so forth, I'm forced to conclude that the 10% off even wins/losses is my suck infecting my whole team. But yeah. Expect to see him as nothing but scout or pyro until the update achievement-whoring wears off, given that they're both decent against spies and snipers. I only need one more achievement for scout to get the last unlock, and I need like four more for the axetinguisher. Of course, I only have like 8 of the medic achievements... but sadly medics are prime targets for both spies and snipers, so we'll probably not be working on those any time soon.

I'm down for it, but much depends on what exactly we'd be working with. The biggest question on my mind is whether or not we'd be using money maps. I loathe money maps with a raging murderous passion -- it takes all the strategy right out of the game. I generally suck 1v1 anyway, I'm much more used to working on a team. We should do team matches too! 2v2s or 3v3s would be awesome.

If the song you want is in one of the games as well, then link to that version -- but if it's unique to the anime, then it's a no-go for OCR no matter what, sorry.

Then instead I'll have to become a tactical genius, and pwnzor bitches MacGuyver style, with nothing but a toothbrush, a ball of twine, and a copy of "A Brief History of Time". I can learn to do that in ten days or whatever the free trial period is, right?

We'll see what happens. I may really enjoy it and not pick it up anyway because I hate subscription fees. (Hell, I almost decided against signing up for Gamefly, and that's basically any two games I want for around $20/month. Most MMO subscriptions seem to run around $10-15/month, and that's just for one game that you're stuck with!) I'll totally look you dudes up so you can provide me with phat lewtz, though.
