  1. Wow....it's odd hearing a different play on the song that you've been listining to as Darkesworde's ears heard it. (Props to him btw!) This is a very interesting remake of it. It's pretty sweet too. I know have like to different versions of the song and it's neat cuz this ones like the european trance music that i love. Pretty interesting!
  2. Is there some sort of tutorial for Frooty Loops I can view? I like just got it and I'm as confused as a cow on the train tracks (sory dont know where that came from) I really need help cuz all i kno is how to make drum beats. Tutorial?
  3. Great remake of the original.....adds alot of interesting effects too

  5. Was absolutley thrilled when I saw a new submission from our good friend DarkeSword. His techno trances never fail to amaze me. From Her Azure Eyes, to Twinkle Park Classic (My school's absolute favorite song...we voted lol) and to this. It's truly fabulous. DarkeSword has true musical talent and i have to say that if he ever decides to drop out of music somebody needs to give me his address. Darkesword is truly gifted with his musical talents and i am extremely glad he has chosen to share them with us. Please continue amazing me!!!
  6. Now I just wish there was a way to convince my dad to let me cough up the 50 bucks for the program. My parents have always been a little iffy on internet stuff and ordering....
  7. OMG! Thank you so much for supplying me with the demo link. This program is unbelieveable. It does so much more than I could ever do on my own with my keyboard. This will definetly help. My only problem is...i have no freaking idea what the hell i am doing! Can anyone supply me wit ha manual or instructions? Thanks...
  8. Wow, this is one of those songs you dont have to previously know to like. The tempo change always gets me all hyped. Nice job with the end I like that the best...

  10. So in fruityloops you're just feeding it a MIDI file and editing the way it sounds?
  11. Can anyone answer me my question about CoolEditPro and FrootyLoops PLEEEZE!
  12. Nice job posting twice Robby. Lol. That's OK. You're freekin addicted and nothing will stop that! Muahahahaha! This song is too good for me....aaaaa.....Robby you're mom will have to suffer horribly if you listen to that with your woofer on after school every day. (It makes his room shake!) Lol. He's in my L A class watching me post this....Your mom hates techno (how true) and she'll have to suffer from DarkeSwords merciless techno beats for all of eternity! hahahaa!
  13. Should I stick with CoolEditPro or should I get a new version of FrootyLoops? I'm not really sure which one is better, but at the moment I only know how to record with CoolEditPro and don't know how to use any of the effects and synths. Should I get FrootyLoops or could soemone help me out with CoolEditPro? Any help would be great. Thanks!
  14. First of all, i have to thank my friend ElfLord36 for showing me this piece in the first place because he's then Big SonicThe HedgeHog fan and i never would have ventured to this stuff on my own. What he showed me turned out to be one of those pieces that you will remember until the day you die. But then I realized that my good friend DarkeSworde had done this mix....well, that completely took me by surprise. I tried embarresing him on AIM on how much i liked the piece, but well, that just didnt do it. So i decided to post my own review here. Here I go...*clears throat* I LOVE THIS PIECE? This is how techno should be. It's a piece with sounds that you can't identify but you spend countless hours trying just so that you can say that you did. It's one of those pieces that raises your typing form 55 wpm to 70. (Personal thing, dont ask) It's a piece that triggers your brain and send the adrenaline rushing and gushing through your body and making it feel like there's a disco ball in your pancreas. If you don't have a pancreas then, im very sorry. This piece made me get up and start bouncing on my frends bed until his mom came up and yelled at me to stop because i was going to wake the baby! It's one of those pieces that you neve rwant to stop, and that the 5:01 second seem to go like 20 seconds. It's a piece that you want to loop for 100 tracks just so you can feel that vibe and it's one of those pieces that goes along with any situation. It's one of those pieces that makes you feel alive, and makes you realize that yea, good guys may finish last (completely random..sry bout that) but to hell with the bad guys! I think if every piece of music were as good as this then i'd be never going to school and jst listining until my batterys on my cd player went dead. Then I'd have to pop it into my computor until Comcast shut down my power because i was too entranced to pay the electric and wireless bill. It's a piece that...god im going to go on forever here! Ok, im really hungry now, and i wanna go eat, so thank god that i stopped where i did cuz i was just getting warmed up. Geez thats alot to swallow in one pose....defintely my longest lol. Well, DarkeSword you done good, and i am forever in your debt for your contribution to my musical experiences...whew im feeling so light headed...all...of..a..sudden..maybe....tylenol....o god....*starts air conducting along with music and then falls out of chair...* KLUNK!
  15. Wow! I love jazz and this song just does it for me. This is some good stuff! I love this! All the different instruments and everything all playing along with one of my favorite mario beats! I tell ya, when we play in our jazz band at school, this is what i think of. I've already downloaded this. To tell you the truth, i think this is the song that dragged me into ocr community. Wow, this is a great song!
  16. OH MY GOD! This is great! I love the beginning. It sounds just like mission control with the vocals and little electronic beeps. Wow, and it gets better when you get that 'liftoff' feeling. The second half makes me feel like i'm just gliding along in my R-Wing with Fox and the crew. It's great. Almost like a free kinda feeling. I definetly favor the first half of this song with all the techno and hip beats. I also love the fadeaway ending too. This is great! Did I already say that? Yea, I did! Must mean I like it alot! Wow! Downloading this baby for sure!
  17. Wierd. I feel like i've heard this before even though i've never played this game. Must be that neat little military mood. I like that alot. This piece sounds very much like a mission from the game. It actually reminds me more of the N64 version. (Yes I have played that one. )
  18. Wow, I like it! Nice little jazzy beat to go along with almost any day. I'm downloading this one. I like how it's jazz, but somehow keeps a jazzy little wintery beat in there too. It's pretty nice if you ask me. I ecspecially love how it keeps the melody with a jazzy feel. Nice one Darkesword!
  19. I like this alot! I have no idea in hell what you used to create that sound, but i love it whatever it is. It creates a whole mood. And the disc scratch in the bckrnd really gives you a punk kind of feeling that lets you know this thing is kick ass. Nice job.
  20. Wow, never played this game but i'm a techno addict so i figured id try it out. This song scares me. It sounds so real, you can almost imagine yourself in space doing..um...whatever space guys do. But still, it's pretty scary to listin to in the dark. One of my favorite types of songs: Scares me and gets me hyped at the same time...Wow. Nice one.
  21. I like the general idea of this song, but the bass was too much. It was a god job at a theme that lots of people try. One of the betters of this theme. Good job!
  22. LOL. I listened to this and then ran into my room and flicked on the 64. Ran Mario around until I remembered where the level was, then entered it and listened. I was so mad! THIS SONG KICKED THE TAR OUTTA THE ORIGINAL! It made lisiting to the other one a bad experience. But as you listen to this one, all the synthesization sucks you in, and you're off. Man, always one of my favorite mario songs. I looked at the first two of this song i found and none of them did it for me. Half heartedly i lookedat this one, and was in for a surprise. At the beginning, you're not sure what to expect b/c it's such a nice little drum beat, whereas the original had just little chords in the background to sustain you. This however kept you hangin onto it all the way. The melody stays true and i enjoy listining to the background chords. Makes it all worthwhile. Downloaded this one and it's never coming off my memory. I love this, man. This is true synthesization. Whoever said they enjoyed listening to this as they're about to drop off, i have to tell you something. My mom grounded me for listining to this song when i was supposed to be asleep. You're not alone!
