  1. I wasn't sure what to expect, based on previous remixes all being absolutely and completely different, even making dubstep sound unique. Hasn't played the same note twice, and I like it.
  2. The whole 'dubstyle' fad that's caught fire with every would be filth-monger seems astoundingly... shallow... to me. And it also seems stranger for ocremix with this concept of quality and originality would just slide them on through. I'll admit that PrototypeRaptor's 'Nullification' was of amazing quality. I will delightedly admit as well that the whole track was Zelda before Dubstep. This track though, it feels like OCR circa 2002 not in the nastolgic hidden gem sort of way, but more of the standards have risen since then way. And that was the short ramblings of a longtime lurker.
  3. Do I hear hints of SID metal in here? I can't tell because my ears appear to have melted.
  4. I know I hear stairway to heaven here... Its an awesome mix all the same.
  5. There isn't a soul in here that would flinch if they heard this inside of a Kirby game, and that makes this song absolutely fantabulicious. O~yah
  6. An exceptionally obscure MMORTS from the olden days. It even spent a little time on megastore shelves, but the developers ran the game into the ground in quick fasion. Its available free to play right now, wherein lurk a small number of diehard zombies. Some Audio Examples. I would love for my old memories of it not being its slow painful death. T-T
  7. This remix, it gives me the warm fuzzies with its many layers of audio velvet smoothness.
  8. I am quite enjoying it myself. Guess this is a love or hate remix then?
  9. Sir, not only is this absolutely awesome, but so well done that if you were to mix this into a "normal" electro lineup the only way to tell if anyone knew the source would be to listen for cheering.
  10. Played this game constantly as a kid on the SNES, could never beat the blasted thing. Booted it up in mame later on, fear my infinite tokens of doom! Anyways, this is just seven different kinds of fantastic. Annnnnd Yoshi : http://www.gamefaqs.com/search/index.html?game=sunset+riders&platform=0&s=s Not NES >_>
  11. For the most part, its very similar to the original, not trying to do anything "different". But its obviously quite different too, and I do very much enjoy the fact that it sounds so RO'esque that one might be surprised that it wasn't in the game from the get go. so basically, what we have here, and I mean it in a great way, is a Cover+1.
  12. Proof that evil comes in civilized, more refined packages. Very awesome, working on the torrent as we speak.
  13. Know what I like about this tune? It gives off a feeling as though someone just jumped up and said... Hahaha, let's do something wacky and fun with this! You say joke, I say AwesomeHappyFungroove.
  14. Best April 1st song since Sierra Nevada Tan, and from one of the most "mind boggling" games ever created!
  15. This remix is like an absolutely insane, positively evil, freaky clown-god, and its just too awesome~!
  16. Theres not much one needs to say about this remix. What does need to be said tho, is that its very nearly too awesome! Thank you for adding yet another addiction to my life hah.
  17. Theres nothing I can say about the quality that hasn't been said already. Though one thing actually struck me as particularly impressive. The song loops so seamlessly I didn't know it had ended till the third playthrough when I had paid attention to Winamp.
  18. Heres a classic series with plenty of well earned nastolga and little quality representation in OCR. In all seriousness the stuff we DO have probably wouldn't have half a chance of passing today, even pretzel's is notably aged. At any rate, I would be glad if something from any game in the series came out, but my best memories come from good old Gradius 3 on my lovely SNES. The genre wouldn't really matter as long as it felt as epic as the game could sometimes, filling my head with sound as the game was filled with my laserbeams! Ah good memories.
  19. First, the remix is amazing and I can't really say anything that hasn't already be said. Next, if you click the Tools - Page Info button in Firefox it shows the MP3 as an embedded file that you can then download. Been using that trick to save a lot of files that websites didn't want me to for qutie a while.
  20. Very pleasing it is. *slaps self* Anyways It's a very calming little piece, but without being "quiet" Y'know? Something good to listen to when you just kinda feel like taking up space.
