  1. seeing how i'm at school for a few days of student teacher meetings (and away from my computer) i don't think i'll be able to vote, unfortunately.
  2. i don't want to ruin the surprise, though =) i'll see what i can do about putting together some more demos. i'm at a stage where i'm waiting on stuff from other people, and so while it's been a while when i get all that in i'll have several songs in a couple of days.
  3. that's a pretty tight song, mae. if you want to do it without all the effecting, i'll be available. i'm not much of a trance mastering guru, but i can do normal stuff just fine.
  4. i've got melodyne if that'll help, mae.
  5. thanks for fixing my song title, abadoss.
  6. hey, i'm lazy. i'll get working on this soon. been getting other projects out of the way so i can focus on this, and i'm almost there.
  7. k, my submission is sent. enjoy, ellipse man.
  8. done. where do i send it, again?
  9. i got a wip. who do i send it to, and where do i post it?
  10. something i think would be cool is if you did one that was only game music. like, no remixes, just the straight game rips. do a variety of different genres each session - maybe focusing on a theme - but doing just game music brings people back to the source. i realized the other day that i've never really listened to the originals for three of my five favorite mixes. that's terrible. the point of this site is to bring vg music appreciation to the same level as every other type of music, right? so i think that a straight game-rip/ost file podcast would keep people focused on the original music and the composers that wrote them, rather than the sick beats someone layered on the midi. of course, this is just my opinion. i'd be willing to help find tracks for you, dyne.
  11. very important message on the forums. if you're a mixer on the project, check the pit.
  12. shit, new music from blind? i'm not kidding when i say he was my main influence when i started mixing - i wanted to write music like him. his Extreme-G mix was one of my favorite tracks for YEARS. i don't do as much trance anymore, but blind's still one of my favorite artists to listen to in the genre.
  13. shoot, didn't see this. i'm in, probably. i started a really bad fanfare a few days ago, and never really worked with it. maybe i can use it for this.
  14. fair enough. don't forget i can act as a sounding board for ideas, too. aim is a good way to get in contact with me.
  15. contact me through email if you want me to help out, in ANY capacity =)
  16. am i doing any mastering for you? or was that a different project? that said, my kenya mix is totally done. recorded, mastered, done. who do i send it to?
  17. now we just need to FINISH OUR OWN TRACKS DAMMIT
  18. i've dared eight so far, and kmet and da are daring another one with input from me on both. so, i'm really hoping that there's ONE mix on it that gets into OCR. i've got two or three that i feel are good enough quality to make it in, so we'll see. i've been accepted twice and rejected eleven times at last count, so my opinion doesn't seem to matter any more.
  19. i'm working on elona right now. i'm like seven away from protector of tyria on two different accounts, but some of those bonuses are so time-consuming if you don't have a sweet group that knows what they're doing.
  20. you can buy either game for 30 bucks at a variety of fansites, and sams club offers all three for fifty, in a packaged box set (GotY edition of prophecies, as well as boxed version of the other two).
  21. WHOA someone else posts in the thread!
