One of my best friends was roommates with the shooter a few years ago when they were doing undergraduate studies at UC Riverside. Today he woke up to seeing his ex-roommate on every news station / news article. Totally freaked him out.

I just caught wind of this. This has to be the worst re-release idea I've ever seen. Can't they just use these funds and resources to expand the Mana and Chrono series or whatever other cool series they've got? Hell, I'll take Rad Racer III.

Yeah. Brawl is one of the most extensively "hacked" Wii games so far. People have been able to import custom textures, custom music for stages, add entirely new stages from other Wii games and stay 99% intact (Monster Hunter Tri and one of the Castlevania titles if I remember correctly were a couple examples), and of course, completely change the game's mechanics. Pretty much if you can dream it, it's probably been "hacked" by now.

I don't care who they add as long as we don't have anymore stupid tripping and stupid disjointed hitboxes.

Yeah this is an incredible feat! They managed to pull it off before the difficulty nerf. A lot of people who felt brickwalled by Act 2 and Act 3 are now facerolling mobs. It all depends on how you're built of course but it just sounds like they nerfed too much, including the difficulty itself. Big ups to their hardwork and dedication on that world first clear though. Wow!

I am trying to identify all the bad guys from the Bad-Anon group and caught more of them while staring at the video on pause. Other than the ones I've IDed anyone wanna help? Not sure who the devil looking guy, the elf chick, and the yellow robot are... almost want to say the yellow robot is Razorfane from The Unholy War but that is kind of a stretch.

Yup. Played it last year. I should be there this year but I botched my registration. Whoops. I definitely liked the Wii-U and it has potential but it's really too wonky for a lot of hardcore gamers but hardcore Nintendo fans will enjoy it to some degree I think. They just need to bring back the magic in their games and provide much better support for the third-party developers. We'll see how it pans out tomorrow.

I loved the first one. I wasn't sure why people hated the first one just because it wasn't 2D Metroidvania or because there wasn't some nostalgic music or whatever ruffles your jammies. Anyways, Dracula returns, totally in his prime. Nice to see him doing more than just sitting high and mighty in that chair of his.

Typically I search for similar items on the AH and ballpark it from there, usually undercutting a little bit to make it more appealing. Sometimes you get the short end of the stick and it doesn't get noticed. At that point, I just put it up for half that price if I'm tired of it by then.

That's true. I didn't play WoW but I knew about skill trees... I just forgot that those were removed in the traditional sense. Good for them! GUYS I AM EXCITE SOMEONE HOLD ME

It's not like WoW. If you're one of the people that compared this to WoW because of colors or whatever, I'm going to bop you one in the nose.

Skyward Sword not the best Zelda in terms of gameplay, but easily I think it's my top in terms of lore and character development.

Wherever the host is in terms of progress is where everyone will be. This includes the waypoints and checkpoints. So if you had gotten Waypoints A, B, and C and then jumped into your friend's game who only got as far in the story where you can get up to Waypoints A, and B, you will be temporarily pulled back to that point of the game in that session. This is to fix the problem back in Diablo II where had you joined a game where some people with mixed progress... the ones who were behind might not be able to progress at all so you had to exit and make your own game to get further. Also this prevents people from rushing the game as fast as people ended up doing in Diablo II.
