Mustin
I searched the forums and didn't find a MySpace thread, so I just wanted to say to all the OCR MySpace users: Friend me on MySpace! www.myspace.com/mustinmusic For the MySpace haters, what do you prefer for a music networking tool? I'm looking to explore my horizons. Thanks! -m
Imagist
I prefer Facebook for a general networking tool, but I will agree that Myspace is far better for music networking. I'd friend you, but I don't have an account--I just browse, finding new music when I'm bored by going to my favorite bands' pages and visiting their friends. Murmeli Walan
I agree. Facebook is just getting musician pages off the ground, and they're not too bad (check out Machinae Supremacy on facebook as an example. But MySpace still excels for people trying to get their music heard.

Mustin
hahaha thanks. Incognito is awesome music. 'Preciate the friendings!
zircon
I'm on there, as is Jill: http://www.myspace.com/zirconst http://www.myspace.com/jilliansong While it's not really music networking per se, OurStage is shaping up to be a really great site for musicians and listeners. I've not only given my own music more exposure, but I've found some great new music too.
PhiJayy
We added you to friends awhile ago. Your remixes rocks man. We've just tricked out our Myspace a little, it needs some work. I think we'll be using it more often. (Friend request's?)
Sole Signal
I haven't touched my myspace in ages. (Yes, I realize the URL reflects my very old artist name.) I really need to go on a cheap friending spree, too. http://www.myspace.com/silverlineproductions
Mustin
Was about to make a new thread about MySpace, but thought I'd search for one first. Lo and behold, I made a thread many moons ago. Is anyone still using MySpace? As of today, I have abandoned 4 of my 5 MySpace accounts and I wanted to see if people are still using the site. Trying to see if it's worth keeping The OneUps' MySpace page. What are your thoughts on MySpace? I think it's fallen into ruin. I used to favor it over Facebook, but now it's just not good at all. Facebook is also a site that I hate, but we're getting traffic there so we'll keep it going. Discuss.
Charlie's Angel
I prefer Myspace to Facebook when I'm checking out music on there. I like that interface better.
Brandon Strader
If I'm looking for music, it's Youtube all the way. Having said that, I do still have a MySpace page or a few that I check for messages every other month. :/ http://www.myspace.com/oinkness http://www.myspace.com/raiwound http://www.myspace.com/instaidgrace http://www.myspace.com/vgmusic Now I've also got facebook pages... http://www.facebook.com/pages/Brandon-Strader/262375456935 http://www.facebook.com/pages/Rainwound/265612572178 http://www.facebook.com/pages/In-Staid-Grace/263669258385 The main difference between myspace and facebook being that myspace is spam central, it's a pain to even go into it anymore. :3 On the other hand, the facebook pages are pretty empty. So meh. edit: oh, i forgot... http://www.youtube.com/bestrader I would go as far as to say that MySpace is a technological dinosaur, their time has passed
