Now, I may only be familiar with Y's by music [ Thanks Blue Laguna ] but that remix has SICK potential. A beautiful, rare song and a mix rock mix to it. Throw in an intro and start shredding. ^__^

You know, that synth has a pretty nice sound, so don't get rid of it completely.

Some of the semi-note steps in the end feel a bit clashing.

It has a kind'a persistent mood, it's close to the same feel for most of the track. A more varied intensity or style might be a good thing. Not having the synth there might change it, but I think the style could vary a little more within the track.

I'm pretty much going to echo rozo, I agree about the chromatic bass, it clashes with the other instruments.

also, the synth is a great lead but then again, many people know i'm a sucker for synths

The sound of your remix is great, yet the melody is not entirely accurate.

Not that it should be, but as I've heard this song a million times my brain expects or rather demands the correct melody)

Being a big Ys fan myself i tend to be overcritical if someone touches this masterpiece ... but there's definitely potential indeed.

It reminded me of JDK's live performance of 'To make the end of battle' at times:

This song is the perfect blend between synths & guitars. I want to hear more!
