Lots of people have 'em and like 'em. http://www.zzounds.com/item--SENHD280PRO remember if you buy them from zzounds, to use the link from the OCR store so that OCR gets a small bit of funding as well. that way you're helping the site as you buy. store link - http://www.ocremix.org/store/ Quote

Im ordering a guitar from them soon too, and I will be supporting OCR with all my sales from zzounds. Thanks a bunch. Now to determine to spend my taxes on my PC im building, or headphones. i should get roughly 400$ in taxes back 350-400. xD. Not sure yet. Quote
OverCoat Posted December 1, 2008 Posted December 1, 2008 Look on eBay for good prices on headphones. I scored my AKG K240s for $85 and I think they sell retail for about $125 last I checked. Most electronics are way cheaper online, and there are a few that would normally be out of your price range but are not! Quote
sgx Posted December 1, 2008 Posted December 1, 2008 Sony MDR 7506 are good. Go for around $80 I think. I dig em. Quote

SnappleMan Posted December 2, 2008 Posted December 2, 2008 I use Sony MDR7506s, they're $100, not $80. Quote
1makes2 Posted December 2, 2008 Posted December 2, 2008 those are good too.though bear in mind, you can only hear from 20Hz - 20kHz unless youre a pregnant woman Quote
GarretGraves Posted December 2, 2008 Posted December 2, 2008 HA! That's totally true. I had a co-worker hear me talk about her from 3 rooms away at work. Door closed. Scary sh*t! But really. If you want headphones great for mixing, I imagine keeping the price at LEAST above a hundred. Chances are you'll get awesome quality. I have yet to buy an expensive pair of headphones BUT there arent any 100 dollar headphones with crap quality. ...... ummm...are there? Quote
suzumebachi Posted December 2, 2008 Posted December 2, 2008 I recommend Grado SR-60s. Terrific bang for the buck. Quote
