theshaggyfreak
For those who are Reason users and don't have PX7 yet... "It's public holidays in Sweden, and we're taking some time off. See you all again very soon. To keep you busy while we're away - use the code PX7PROMO2013 to enjoy 20% off on the PX7 Rack Extension!"

Eh, Classic Pipe Organs is really the only Garritan thing that interests me. And even there, I'd prefer something for Kontakt.

Magnetic Ether
Embertone just released an amazing free Kontakt keyboard instrument! http://embertone.com/freebies/thekeyboard.php I haven't had a lot of time to play around with it, but you can really tell they put a lot of time and effort into this thing. Meteo Xavier
Embertone just released an amazing free Kontakt keyboard instrument!http://embertone.com/freebies/thekeyboard.php I haven't had a lot of time to play around with it, but you can really tell they put a lot of time and effort into this thing. I'm wanting to call April Fools on this because, while being on a computer that does not have my music stuff on here, it makes no mention to what actual sounds are in it, not to mention how much its trying to sell itself on being the best. lazygecko
I think it makes itself pretty clear what kind of sounds it has.

Yes, it is indeed an April Fools joke. You do get a download that loads into Kontakt but it's pretty useless.

Looking at the "technical information" 6 MB installed, 3 MB .rar download if that doesn't make it obvious it's fake, I don't know what does. Jaxo
It basically makes a bunch of noises that a keyboard would make WHILE IT'S TURNED OFF. It sounds like somebody hammering random keys every time you play a note. It comes with a couple other absolutely terrible sounding patches as well. XPRTNovice
http://www.crysonic.com/bundles.html Advertises $1600 worth of plugins for $50. I am not at all familiar with anything here - does anyone have any opinions?
Argle
http://www.crysonic.com/bundles.htmlAdvertises $1600 worth of plugins for $50. I am not at all familiar with anything here - does anyone have any opinions? This is a running joke on KVR. It's always been that price and has never been $1600. Also, a lot of people have had problems with this company, as in not getting their product. I would definitely stay away from Crysonic.

Argle
If you wanna drop $50 on something good, get Valhalla Room or Valhalla Vintage Verb, and you'll have a stunning reverb in your arsenal.
vstbuzz
Hi guys, hopefully this doesn't come across as spammy. I run www.VSTBuzz.com which is a music software deals website - we feature on different VST, soundset, sample library or plugin each week at a discounted rate. Thought you might find it useful as this is a music software deals thread! At the moment, there is 50% off a Massive soundset bundle ($39). Also, http://rekkerd.org/deals-deals-deals/ is a great place to keep track of deals
Magnetic Ether
Embertone is releasing their Solo Violin library next week and it sounds like it's going to be amazing; Definitely the best I've come across. Plus it's cheap (only $110) and it works with the free kontakt player. If you pre-order it before May 15th they're offering 20% off your next order. Not the greatest deal, but their stuff is really good, so it could come in handy!

avaris
For software plugins: http://plugindiscounts.com/ They have the cheapest markdowns of any place I have seen. Just picked up Waves H-EQ and Kramer Master Tape for $137 after including a $25 off voucher for buying H-EQ first. Both of those plugs are 50% off this month. If you have the CPU power H-EQ is flat out ridiculous. Models several vintage and digital EQ's extremely well.
