DragonAvenger
Super quirky, and super fun. The use of the panning effects (which really come to life on headphones) add a lot of character to the track. Lots of fun sounds used overall, and the style change from the original is pretty awesome. Very cool, very strange. YES
halc
well, I almost joojsplooj'd reading the OP. kid chameleon, which I LOVED as a kid (chameleon), plus sir jordanius? what could possibly go wrong? well, I admit, the mix is a little weirder than I thought, but utterly... creative. can't say I enjoyed it nearly as much as your guitaroo man mix, but it's a pass. nice work, again. can't wait to hear more crazy shit from you. Emunator
Hahaha, Jordan you never fail to impress me, even with a mix like this that I don't feel is quite as awesome as some of your recent mixes, I still really enjoyed the groove and the very creative soundscape and I'm glad to see you branching out your style even more. The smorgasbord of cool retro synth sounds and the vocal chopping were definitely high points here. If I had to critique anything, it'd be that sometimes your drums get so rowdy that they start to step on the rest of the track, which is something to definitely watch out for because I've noticed in some of your other songs as well. Still, this is comfortably over the bar, production-wise, and just from a cursory listen I'm hearing the source tunes all over this. Good work dude YES

Emunator
Yup, this new version has a much more massive sound to the overall mastering, only improves things as far as I'm concerned Still YES.
OceansAndrew
Damn, this thing has some loose timing bits that I definitely was not feeling. :/ There's a cute Billie Jean cameo at the beginning, and some good texture shifts, and a pretty solid balance, which helps, but it feels like your drummer is drunk half the time, and when things are this chaotic, it really detracts. The arrangement is good and interesting, and the source is cool. The idea is great, but this needs to be tightened up significantly for me to be comfortable passing this. Palpable
Oh wow, this is crazy. Love the ideas going on here, the ramshackle feel, the random samples cutting in for a microsecond. Gotta agree with OA that this played too loose (all over, not just the drums), and I also think the mixing could have been improved without destroying the ramshackle-ness. It sounds a little too compressed as if that is making up for uneven levels. I'm tempted to pass it anyway because your ideas are getting across and this is still enjoyable, but it's sloppy, there's no getting around it. Man, I really hope you give this another go, because I would LOVE to have a more polished version of this. NO (resubmit)
zircon
PRODUCTION [X] Low-quality samples [X] Overcompressed (pumping/no dynamics) [X] Cluttered/off-time sequencing [X] Mixing is muddy - many sounds do not gel together, too much reverb, panning, compression etc STRUCTURE [X] Lacks coherence overall (doesn't "flow" enough) WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THE TRACK [X] Creative arrangement ideas [X] Creative production ideas [X] Instrument choices NO
Liontamer
Short and sweet, the arrangement's there, but production-wise, this was definitely too hot, too loud, and too overcompressed, which bothered me more than the disjointed timing. And the disjointed timing ALSO bothered me. It's purposeful, granted, but the timing's WAY too loose, and the song ultimately suffers as a result. Fix the mixing and timing and you're good to go! Emunator
Okay, I don't see a need to drag this out any longer. I'll concede that, after reading some other votes and listening again, the loose timing bothered me more than I remembered. This might be confirmation bias, but I do think some further touchups would do wonders here. I'm cool with switching my vote to a very emphatic NO (RESUB!)
