KyleJCrb
NOTE: The KNGI server has been hammered due to major storms in France right now, so the site is currently down (you may have noticed that the first OCR song download mirror is also down, for the same reason.) We're working on getting it back up, but in the meantime you can grab Vampire Variations right here: http://areciboradio.com/archives/ngilive/Vampire%20Variations%20-%20Volume%20II%20(MP3).zip EDIT: AND we're live! http://kngi.org/vampirevariations/ Edited November 1, 2013 by KyleJCrb
darkbrandflake11
The strings at the end just get to you. I like the change between the realistic kind of sound to the more electronic synthesizer sounds.
purplecowadoom
For a song he made "without thinking", this is actually one of the only songs on the album I like. It actually captures the atmosphere of the song, which is something I wasn't feeling from pretty much any of the others.
Crulex
I love the fact that the electronic synthesizers here make it reminiscent of older style game soundtracks, while using the more orchestral strings to pump some extra life into the arrangement. Ginrei
Man; I've replied to like a total of 5 threads EVER in my years here, and I dug my log-in from the depths so I could comment on this. It is AMAZING and I love it. I agree with Crulex, the synth and the drums/tempo really give it an old-school vibe... totes better than the original! Great work! Teiohx
I DJ’ed this for my birthday party in Osaka, Japan on 4/21/2018. Going into the set, it was one of my favs, and the audience absolutely loved it as well. Great job. Can’t beat upbeat Castlevania.
