I would have liked the treble to be a bit less abrasive, but otherwise, great, fun, and well-developed arrangement.

Great to hear halc give classic Mario is own brand of touch-up and expansion. I personally liked the use of SFX, especially the fireball noise to help move the beat along. Another wonderful ReMix from halc and a great addition to the album.

This was an interesting arrangement of an iconic theme like this. The treble does seem abrasive to me at times as well, but it’s not super distracting. I love how the original sound effects, even those not used in Super Mario 64, were incorporated into this remix.

After a few listens my overall feeling about this track is that it feels a bit 'thin'. As mentioned by a few people above this is mostly due to the treble being turned up 11, but it's also the bit-crushed percussion along with the sound effects. The arrangement itself is excellent and the actual usage of the FX is very well done; however overall I don't really like this track myself.
