In honor (and excitement) of the next installment of the Jurassic Park series coming to theaters, I decided to do a mockup of John Williams' "Theme from Jurassic Park". Like my Hook mockup from last year, I did this by ear without score sheets. I think it's better than last year, though of course like that one there is a lot of room for improvement. It's far from perfect, comes nowhere close to the original, and could benefit if I had more time to spend on it, but it was a lot of fun nonetheless and I got some good practice with my samples. Resident lurker, here. Watched it, loved it, nothing more to say on the matter. But for all that is holy; buy the damned dvd/blu-ray when it comes out and show some support for the practical effects that the movie has majestically graced us with.

The fact that this movie has people so fired up in so many directions says it's a good movie in my opinion. Whether intentional or not, the movie has people thinking deeper into things, which is unusual for an action flick. Also does anyone know the backstory of the facial chroming ?
