    Good NES games...suggestions?

    If you have someone to play it with, River City Ransom is AWESOME. On the surface, it looks like a standard sidescrolling brawler. In actuality, it's really quite deep. It has a stat progression and skill system allowing you to customize your character(s), add new moves, hold items in your inventory, etc. Kinda like Castle Crashers, but.. 20 years earlier :-) Anyway, the style of graphics and humor is also fantastic. The world is free-roaming meaning you can go back to areas you've already been to, explore around, etc.

    Two player just makes it way more fun. RCR lets you throw basically ANYTHING at ANYTHING, including enemies and your allies, and beating up people with punches and kicks is incredibly satisfying. One word of warning - watch out for the tire ;)

    So my friend brought to my attention that Valve is starting to take a stand against people who're trying to get around the drop system (I guess by using the idling program. I don't know about anything else other than that).

    Well, if you haven't played Little King's Story you are doing yourself a disservice. There's also Muramasa coming out, and a Wii sequel to the DS game Drawn to Life. Hm, what else... Silent Hill Origins, New Super Mario Bros, Tales of... Grace, I think? No More Heroes 2, and a few other games I can't immediately recall.

    Also, the Metroid, Mario, and Zelda Bahamut mentioned. So there's lots coming down the line.

    And Monster Hunter 3.

    i've 'found' like six, but all of them jam at one point or another regardless of my popsloader version or firmware revision.

    it still comes down to the fact that it feels nice to hold a controller instead of an all-in-one.

    Could just get the Iso's and try converting them yourself.

    3000's are hackable, but you've gotta fool with them, and i'm not certain you can continue to use the psn after that.

    You could if you went back to using OFW, did your business, and then modded it again, but that's kind of a hassle. Though like he said, he doesn't plan on modding it.

    I just want anyone with problems to know. I'm unable to connect to any server because of something causing the error: "This server is enforcing consistency for this file: particles/water.pcf"

    It's early, and it seems to be related to the update. Validate your game content (games, right click team fortress 2, properties, local files, verify integrity of game cache.)

    A lot of people are recommending to check local content, some seem to suggest that this is a problem server side with connections. This fix doesn't seem to be working for me, but might help some of you.

    Don't you have to restart steam so that it'll update the game itself?

    Why even play CTF anymore.

    Well if you let the enemy get your shit, you should pay for it. And besides, if one team is being staemrolled but somehow manages to get a cap, they could potentially be able to even it up a little bit.

    I'm going to keep recommending it every time.

    I'm currently watching Dragon Ball Kai and going through Space Adventure Cobra (I can see where they might have gotten the idea for Vash the Stampede from.)
