I'd seriously consider Advanced Orchestra...well Peter Siedlaczek's Classical Collection (it'd be expensive and dumb to buy just AO alone). Im considering getting it because the its so useful, and it still sounds great! Id actually take it over QLSO Gold, because this library is extremely playable. I converted the old akais to Kontakt so there are no keyswitches, and i still find it extremely playable! Never have i felt like i have all the articulations in front of me like this...even with 75 MIDI channels open (no keyswitches LOL). After a few minutes of working with it, i got suprisingly satisfying results. This isn't the greatest composition in the world, but its what i had in my head at the moment.. http://www.savefile.com/files3.php?fid=1682712 (only the suspended cymbal is from another library, everything else is AO) I'd go for this over QLSO/KH because the Clasic Collection is 5 libraries in one too. It can be used in a much wider variety of styles, and it seems to be very playable and easy to use, unlike everything else ive tried. All i know is that im getting it when i get the cash, and can say goodbye to working with all the other disorganized-memory-eating-junk i use...

You couold also try www.SF2midi.com . They have way more than hammersounbd but the crap to good ratio sucks(more crap than good stuff, but the good stuff is REALLY NICE). Ok, i'm going to need a live violinist to play a few parts for Hidden Palace, for the S3&K Project (Project Chaos). The parts I need played aren't particularly hard at all, and both of them are around 10-15 seconds long. I don't need a master violinist or anything, but the parts do need to be played well, and if you don't have the worlds best mic setup either thats okay....even though one of the parts is a solo, there's plenty going on in the music so no noise or anything should be too exposed. I was going to do the super high quality medley with ALL the tracks, but that's going to take too long. Ill do a few of the songs in an ambient chill like style that will work for backgorund music.

Indeed it has.... I think January 31 is PLENTY of time for people to work, and complete a song. Lets not ruin this project by slacking off people.

And if anyone needs help with a track (cant get something sounding right, crappy samples...etc) id be glad to help out since i have plenty of time.

Well, winter break just started for me so i can actually get some crap done.

The exact problem i predicted. You just need to loop the sample. If you click on the channel (ya know with the piano roll view next to it), it brings up the sampler. Simply click the "Use loop points button". If you want better results you can click the INS tab an the top of the sampler, and adjust the attack, realease, and all kind of other stuff.

You know you should post the smaple along with the flp, because the problem wont show. And if youre after that rhodes like sound you can use some kind of vst, or crappy FL Keys

Check the skins folder(in FLStudio5/artwork/skins ). All the contents are probably gone. The only way to get around that is to reinstall, make a copy of skins, and repaste its contest into the skins folder each time it happens. Only happened to me once awhile back.

And when the trumpets kick in its in B major, and then theres key changes after that (after that its in like lydian C# or something for 4 measures, then then back to b major). I could be listening to a crap midi though The first not of the string melody is F# though....are you confused or am i wrong?

Ive been taking a HUGE break from working on anything at all, but i still have 2 songs to finish for the S3 remix project, and since the deadline is july 1st i have to finish those first. And unfortunatley, to finish Magus' redemption i have to upgrade my PC . Its impossible to work on. So im saying that i probably wont have anything done for a long while. I might do robot battle soon though. Yeah.....just wanted to let you guys know....

i would take them down. You basically have the tracks available for download beofre the real release. If people already have near finished versions whats the point of even releasing them?

Al Just letting you guys know that im still here. Ive been busy with alot of stuff and other projects so i havent really stopped by. I thought this project was dead! Also (i know i shouldnt because ill have too much to do ) id like to take "The Epoch since no one is currently on it.
