Same here. Plus, the WIP sounds great so far. You could use Sigma's theme from Megaman X3, it's a pretty good song and not too hard to ReMix.

Alright, my 5th and second last version of my mix is up. It's completely finished now, except for the snare that will eb replaced by the-almighty-tallest's drumming. So I guess that's it for me, gotta start thinking about another track perhaps...

YOu shouldn't. Stay with the deadline. Just exclude some people that have good reasons (no pun intended) not to be able to make it from it. Extend it for them only. Like the-almighty-tallest said, it won't be the only time that someone can't make the dealine because of various reasons. I suggest keeping the dealine as it was, but give the remixers with problems (like tallest) some more time. I have a feeling that your disliking of the ending has more to do with your taste in musical genre than my undoing . But this isn't the end yet. There's still a part coming.

Alright, I have my "audition" ready. I took your advice and started working on the bike theme from R/B. Currently also working on the Gym theme, but I'm not near anything audible yet.
