I'm glad to hear that she's back, but I haven't seen an official source. BT is an extremely respected guy around here, and something fucking awful happened to him. Try to show a little more respect.

Yeah, I've heard this aswell. The Mac hardwares are supposedly better for running Windows then PCs are. I can state no doubt that they run it just as well by experiance.

It would be severe if I couldn't use chipamp when I'm in XP mode. Its not impossible to get to them, just annoying.

This STILL pisses me off. Even when I'm using XP on boot camp, the PSX discs get ejected after about 10 seconds even with the EMUs open. Simply put, theres no way I can emulate PSX at all . I was really looking forwards to being able to play my old FF games anywhere at Uni, I was muchly dissapointed. I can't even use a program to get the .iso files and use a virtual drive, because the disc is literally ejected straight away. Looks like I'm just gonna have to download them from somewhere... I own the originals so whatever. There also aren't any chiptune players that support N64 filetypes yet, a minor gayance.

Whilst its cool to hear that people would have been willing to pay for our work, thats not what this was about. We were honouring and showing our appreciation to Nobuo and his compositions, not trying to cheapen them by making money out of them. There are a limited number of prints of the album given away as prizes by djp, which I'd imagine will be worth a pretty penny in a few years though.

This is a very googleable problem that we probably have loads of threads about, try to search first... You can download the lame.dll from many places for free, and you can use programs like Foobar to put it to use. There are literally hundreds of free or at the very least free trial programs so everyone probably uses something different.

A long time ago I when I used to play a lot of Warcraft 3, I was looking for a new account name, and I saw some guy turn up called RoboFishy. Outraged that I had been beaten to the coolest username name ever, I whooped his ass 1v1 then stole the second half of it. I like it cause its fun to say, and fun to make other people say. (zircon sounds so uncomfortable saying it on that votl podcast interview . I hate it cause you cannot find any of my damn stuff on the internet thanks to that stupid flash game.

I'm gonna second guess snapple by saying this is not the project for "getting into the scene". This is a no nonsense make a remix in 3 days or be slain type project by the sounds of it. You've come to the right place, just not the right project.

I made the switch from PC to macbook pro, and a month later I'm fully accustomed and much prefer the OS. I agree the price was a bit steep, but weighed against the ludicrously low price of Logic Studio, I can't complain. Also I've got bootcamp with XP on 10gigs of my HD, and installed all my games on an external HD. Soooo, I can use all Mac specific programs, I can use all XP specific programs, and I can play COD4 and UT3 at FULL specs, on a LAPTOP. Needless to say I fucking love my Mac, and as of yestuday I'm longer in debt to my dad for it XD.

I think I agree with Snapple for now. If the point of the project is too pimp Contra 4's music, then we should do that first, but not ruling out the possibility it could be releasable here.

I agree, this show is fantastically surreal. The BBC say they have no intention of restarting it though. *tear* I'm actually enjoying dbz still, as much hait as it gets, the first few sagas were gold if you can ignore the filler. I used to watch it every day hoping, waiting to see if he ever actually kills freiza .

Theres just something about Harmony that makes everything he does enjoyable. There are loads of moments where I can hear the odd off note because a different source doesn't *quite* fit, but it doesn't bother me at all because its Harmony! I need to look at your original stuff more.

Without OCR I never would have seriously approached producing music, and would've just settled for being a guitarist. I wouldn't have had the drive to go for the Uni course I'm going on and probably wouldn't have chosen the career path I'm hoping to get to. So yeah, I owe OCR a lot and I wish there was a way I could give it more in return.
