i still don't have my xbox because my mom refuses to give me my insurance money til the end of school
but i will be playing on live on a friend's xbox so i will figure out his gamertag and we will all throw down and shizzzzzz

i tested it out and other than the very beginning of rounds where everyone is exploding and jumping and taunting it runs pretty smoothly
i'm definitely gonna play a lil here and there with you guys though i warn im not gonna be up to par for awhile

so i revamped my computer and it might be able to play tf2 again at a framerate higher than like 5

I meant I'm finding that I'm having trouble getting to 25 sit-ups. Not that they're easy up to then.
And the last time I pushed too far past my limits I lost use of my left arm for the better part of a week. (Too many curls) So I'm not too keen on something like that happening again, But I need to get back into shape.
as a muscle group, unless you are doing exercises that stretch your abs out, such as reverse back bends etc., you are very unlikely to overwork your abs to the point of injury. doing lots of situps will not hurt you; that's not to say you won't feel it, because you will at first, but once you are over that preliminary hump of "ouch my abs are pretty damn sore" which takes two or three weeks, you can really make some headway there
edit: i've been where you were with the curls by the way, it is a miserable feeling and can be incredibly painful. to avoid that feeling, after curls stretch out your elbow joint extensively. this is especially important if you are doing curls for reps. just grab onto a nearby bar, horizontal preferably, and hang off of it. you'll feel a lot better afterwards

Yeah, I easily beat Seth with Vega (Claw)....VEGA! He could barely dodge my rolling attacks. You just gotta know how to out-cheap the cheap guys.
The bonus unlockables for having a SFIV save are underwhelming to say the least. Makes me happy to know my erased SFIV save data never meant crap.

Sonic the hedgehog 4 should be great. It was the constant redifining of the series, broken controls, glitches, quality is bad, music was so cheesy,most weired thing is of adding useless characters, gameplay is not good. If Sonic 4 doesn't have these then I am sure it will be good.

I consider myself a very good and competent player when it comes to fighting games like SF4, Blazblue, GG, ect.. and i have never seen the advantage of playing with a joystick over a gamepad.
i used to think this way but its definitely a difference after i tried the alternative sticks and buttons are much faster and easier to use
also i preordered this game and don't even have my xbox back yet go me

So, after playing SSF4 last weekend, I am definitely maining Juri and Guy. Those two were so fun to play as.

I actually like MW2. It's one of those games where you know it isn't skill-based in the least, but you can still have a lot of outrageous fun with your friends on.

interestingly enough i played mv2 with some friends of mine who play it all the time, and beat half of them them despite the fact that i don't even play the damn game

i mean the people who haven't realized that sonic games have become terrible yet are complete idiots lets be honest with ourselves here
and on top of that the vast vast majority of people who have been paying attention to anything that has been leaked are completely unsatisfied with how the physics seem to work as well as the poor animation job that they've done (and its nigh undeniable that sonic's animations look unnatural at best
i haven't bought a sonic game since sonic 3 & knuckles on the pc and this game has not brought me anywhere near changing my mind

did anything come of the police investigation? i'm assuming no.
nope they were supposed to watch the security cameras from the hotel but to my knowledge they haven't gotten around to that yet aka it most likely isn't coming back
on the bright side most of my games for xbox aren't long adventures with really important save files so whatever i've lost i can get back. it'll just take some time on task for things like SF4 and whatnot
on the not-so-bright side it might take awhile for my claim to get filled. we'll see

microsoft tracks all 360s your account logs in on by a unique MAC address. contact MS, and they'll be able to check where the system logs on next - even if it's not on your account. if nothing else, it'll help the police get a trail to roll with.
it works, i've had a friend recover his system (saves and all) because the thief wanted to use my buddy's XBL account and not pay for that either.

Hmm, can you report it to Microsoft? I don't know if they'll take any action but maybe they can help the police find it if, for example, the thieves plug it into a network and it logs into XBox Live.
i don't think it works that way
i wish though. the police are supposedly handling it but i'm not too confident
the thieves stole the wierdest shit, they sacked two of our rooms and took 3 laptops, my xbox and accessories, cash (obviously) and two blackberries. and some chewy bars
and left behind 5 other laptops, an iphone, ipod, wallets and other very valuable stuff that was in plain sight

my hotel room was broken into this morning (i'm on a week long training trip) and my xbox was stolen
barring the police actually finding it i'm not going to be playing it anytime soon and i'd have to start over even if i went and bought it again
