  1. Dang, Gaymanwatch's neutral air was my favorite move.

I thought I was the only person who heard the crowd/announcer say that.

    does he still toss bacon

    he better still toss bacon

From what I've seen, I believe he does, except they added more black sillouhetted meat stuffs (like chicken legs.) I don't think it makes a difference though, someone else needs to confirm this.

  2. -His up b recovery now has a parachute similar to peaches when he falls down

-His priority changed for the better *imho*

-His neutral a in the air changed from opening the chute to tossing a fishbowl. At first I hate this, but when I got used to it, I found that that fucker is awesome for chaining.

    -*insert other various changes here*

the only thing I don't like is that is tilt down a on the ground no longer launches them up in the air to set you up for a combo, so get used to not using it so much :(

Aw...if there's any one thing that Game and Watch was overpowered with, it was his down tilt. Oh well. I can get used to it, I suppose, given these things.

  3. improved

let me put emphasis on this

    IMPROVED

i love how g&w is now

How exactly, if you don't mind me asking? G&W was one of my favorite characters in Melee, even though I completely sucked as him, he was still fun to play as for shits and giggles. So I'm a bit happy now that he's apparently an actual good character, not just a "oh boy I hit someone with a turtle and a key and a torch how wacky" character.

  4. The mining theme is always sexy.

That said, this mix is very chaotic and messy and things. It's hard to describe it... It sounds almost pleasant, but some things are too loud, some too soft, some off beat ever so slightly... And some things stick out like sore thumbs, like that saxophone, other things sound okay.

It's kind of a hodge podge of synths, sounds and things that don't really go together, resulting in the "messy" sound. Maybe?

  5. I don't understand how you come up with these things much less make them into actual songs much less make them awesome but I'm afraid if I ask too many questions then you will lose the power of your magic idea fountain generator.

    now do lavos hills

  6. Okay, another quick question. On the Spear Pillar/Mt Coronet stage, what exactly do the pokemon in the background do? One of them throws boomerangs, and one of them (apparently) makes big ol' laser beams of death that destroys bits of the stage. But I remember finding a video of Spear Pillar somewhere, where the stage suddenly mirrored itself without any warning, so the fighters on the left would be on the right, and such. I thought it was just bad editing at first, because it was so sudden.

I also found this here video of a couple of wifi matches, (Spear Pillar about halfway through) and the stage FLIPS UPSIDE DOWN for about five seconds. Someone explain what is going on here!

  7. go remove the songs yourself then i don't have the time nor do i know how and piss off i work verry hard on my drawings that IS MY SIGNATURE my freinds have seen the real ones so ask them ~Matman40uber i am Bluebomber the Lucario.
Well, guys? Seems legit to me. His friends seem like a perfectly reliable source of information, and even if they weren't, I think we can trust someone who says he works verry hard. I mean, it is his signature, after all.

Edit: okay seriously, I was on Darke's side with the whole "this is going too far" thing, but I mean come on. This kid needs some kind of a lesson, if he can still claim a song as his own AFTER TEN MONTHS without blinking.

  8. 1 for everything posted nowadays.

    2 for the rest.

I feel the quality standards have risen to a level where, for the most part, the new remixes are enjoyable as a standalone piece of music, regardless of nostalgic reasons.

Pretty much. If I had been a two, I would've missed awesomely creative mixes like Dark Butz, Tragedy of a Bullet, Larry's Funky House of Lowe, Last Night a DJ Kidnapped Mallow, and Yellow Valkyrie, to name a few off the top of my head.

I still haven't really perused the entire OC library, though. Mainly because it's kind of harder to enjoy the older remixes sans nostalgia (by old, I mean 2000-2001.)

  9. TEAR DOWN THE WALL TEAR DOWN THE WALL

This mix is good stuff. It seems loud/distorted at times, but that's probably just me having my headphones on too loud and not realizing it. But all around, it is pretty good nice down and dirty funkiness, and better than I expected, given the source material. Good to hear from Jredd again.
