When I had access to my compy again, I recorded it right away. I asked Tuberz McGee if he'd be up for playing the ocarina, he sent me that little ditty. Good times all around. Lemme know what ya'll think. I may be looking to sub this if it's not deemed to conservative.

I knew I was adding an amazing musician to the GH project by adding your name to the tracklist, but I had no idea I was adding yet another posted ReMixer. Grats. Excellent stuff here. I definitely agree with OA about the "official arrange" feel that it has. This would sound completely in-place in a game. Looking forward to hearing more from you.

I'd recommend you put some sort of indicator on all such tracks, then, something to tell people that there's some sort of tentative idea regarding that track and it's not exactly open for claim by just anyone.

I'm about to nail down a couple of album tracks, so it probably won't hurt to make a claim. "Eternal Wind" has this feel to it that reminds me of the Ecco titles for the Sega Genesis, and I'm getting a lot of ideas about how I could metulize the hell out of it. I'll go ahead and claim that one.

Not exactly true, it's happened before. Seriously, just keep an eye out. It would really suck for a game that far ahead to go the way of Streets of Rage Remake.

A cease and desist isn't about "the game failing". It's about Nintendo's lawers sending you an email that says, "You're using our intellectual property to make your game, and you need to stop." And considering how many Pokemon MMORPGs were cut short that way, a C&D should always be a legitimate concern on your end.
