Fixing Failed CRC Check or "Corrupt" Files (Project Chaos)
Tyler Gill replied to SpiralKipz's topic in Community
I have the fixed version of these files still (I fixed them long ago using whatever tool the old site for the album recommended). The tags on the files have likely been changed from the originals, but as far as I know they play just fine. Here's the link for the seven WIP tracks: https://www.dropbox.com/s/f7hm7y8cnffjd9f/Project Chaos - WIP Tracks Fixed.zip?dl=0 -
Is there something broken on the tracker related to the 'OC ReMix Collection - 3001 to 3845 (Q4 2018 update)' torrent? My client is giving an error saying the torrent is no longer authorized for use on the tracker, and http://bt.ocremix.org/ no longer shows it listed. (I'm hoping this just means that there's a new update torrent being prepared, since it has been a long while...)

OverClocked ReMix Design ?'s and Issues
Tyler Gill replied to Liontamer's topic in Site Issues & Feedback
I just noticed while grabbing some of the most recent remixes that the ocrmirror.org site download links are broken. They're giving a 404 error page saying the site doesn't exist. Example: http://ocrmirror.org/files/music/remixes/Seiken_Densetsu_3_Midsummer_Sorcery_OC_ReMix.mp3 The other two mirrors seem to be fine. -

As the title says, some OCR Mascots are covering the arrow links to go to the next/previous ReMix pages. -
Double posting because my song got posted! (A while ago, but it still counts.) It's just a midi, but hopefully it's better than nothing: Banjo-Kazooie: The Last Laugh
-
I'm not sure about the other ones, but are you sure the artist for 'Rocking the Cradle' is correct? That one is on Sole Signal's 'GoldenEye: Source Remixes': https://solesignal.bandcamp.com/album/goldeneye-source-remixes

I've been trying to collect sheet music for OCR's piano mixes for years (though I'll admit if I don't recognize the source, I've been less inclined to do so). I'd love to see them made official and given some prominence on the remix pages themselves. Looking through this thread, it looks like I've even found some sheet music that hasn't been posted here yet: Chrono Cross: Time's New Scar (gutzalpus, transcribed by Seung Park) Parasite Eve: Beauty's Abomination (Reuben Kee, transcribed by Delldongo) Shenmue: Reflections (Reuben Kee, transcribed by Delldongo) I also noticed a few songs have transcriptions through the thread, but haven't been included in the first post yet: Donkey Kong Country: Lost in Jungle (Intro) Radical Dreamers: Older Promises PDFs of several MIDI songs (Beyond Midgar, Into the Golden Sunset, Nayru's Love) Final Fantasy XI: While San d'Oria Sleeps Link's Awakening: The Feather's Reflection Crash Bandicoot: All for Wumpa

Final Fantasy XI: The Land of Vana'diel REMIX ALBUM (AVAILABLE NOW)
Tyler Gill replied to tweex's topic in Community
Thanks for sharing this back out! I wouldn't have even known of this album if not for this reply. Coincidentally, I happened to find the album art as well: -
I have what I believe is a complete set of remixes from Remix:ThaSauce. If you'd like a link, send me a PM. I've also got a few songs from some of the various versions of VGMix, but I have no idea which of them are still in other archives.

I'll take the Wii U code if no one else wants it.
-
I'll put in a guess for the Paper Mario code - is your favorite Chrono Cross character Harle? Kenogu Labz may have beaten me on this one though, as I'm guessing this based on your avatar. EDIT: As you responded right as I posted, can I change my guess to Kid? As for D&D, I'll guess human, because I would assume that that is a valid answer. (I've never played before though, so I have no idea if it really is.)

OC ReMix Presents Super Mario 64: Portrait of a Plumber!
Tyler Gill replied to Liontamer's topic in Announcements
Just as a heads up, it appears the direct link for track 2-10 is broken and is going to a 404 page on each mirror. Strangely, it also had a CRC check fail when extracting it from the .zip using 7zip. -
Going with the Devastation theme, how about these ideas: Devastation's Demise Devastation Diminished Devastation's Dismissal Devastation's Destroyed Devastation's Done (probably not nearly epic enough for it though) As for Hazy Maze Cave, perhaps: A Player Lost / A Pathway Found Lost in the Labyrinth / Discovery in the Depths Something like that maybe?

I second this - one of my favorite Christmas songs. Its incredibly clever. You might also want to check out this games remixes: http://ocremix.org/game/159/christmas-nights-into-dreams-sat/remixes They aren't traditional Christmas music, but some of them have a similar feel, and hey, the game has Christmas in the title. And here's one final one: http://ocremix.org/remix/OCR00887/
