Hello Overclocked Remix. As you probably know I am Brink-of-Time. I have another remix for you to judge. It is a remix of the song "To Far Away Times" from Chrono Trigger. It is called "Times to Come". It is a orchestral remix with some nice samples. I rearranged the song to give a more relaxing feeling. The flute is a live flute playing the melody. The instruments include a piano, sax, strings, harp, guitar, electric bass, chimes, drumset, and a live flute. you can find it at my website: Thnx, Brink-of-Time

Note: radio link is free for hi-fi stream, file dl require register -djp Hello there. Still here, still trying to get one of my piano arrangements up there. In the slight rare chance you guys forgot me (of course you didn't...) Remixer: Blak_Omen Remix Title: Chrono Trigger - Black Night Original Song: Chrono Trigger - At The Bottom Of Night Email: darketernal_13@hotmail.com Remix at: Comments: I was going through all the Chrono Trigger remixes at Overclocked the other day, and I noticed everybody seemed to love Zeal or Schala and favoured a dance/trance feel. I decided to join kLuTz and submit a piano remix of an uncovered (?) song which I really liked (I was surprised this one wasn't done already). I took a lot of artistic creativity with this one (or so some say) - the dissonance IS deliberate in places, yes, the rhythms may be wrong, whatever - this was my interpretation and nothing more or nothing less. I was going for a sorrowful feel throughout the piece so...uh....enjoy. Please, please get through! I'm preparing for weeks of tense waiting. Thank yer kindly.

Email sub file AdjustYourSet.mp3 -djp Hey, guys. This is gonna be my last submission for a long while. I was going to wait on this one, but I think it's my best yet and I thought you'd like it. It's the main theme of chrono trigger - sort of a spaced out version. I was shooting for giving it a 'can't tune my damn TV correctly' sort of feeling. See what you think. Later ! antiGUY

OCR01047 - Speedball "Speedy Guitar"
djpretzel replied to djpretzel's topic in ReMix Reviews & Comments
The... rest of the file is being uploaded as I type this. Download got cut off and for the first time, it escaped my attention. The ending is still rather abrupt, but not THAT abrupt. Please alter your ReViews as you see fit once you've downloaded the full (4089Kb) track. mibad. -

OCR01049 - *YES* Chrono Trigger 'Song of the Mountain'
djpretzel replied to djpretzel's topic in Judges Decisions
Alright, it's in the RSN, the SPC is ripped directly from the ROM, and it's also on the OST. Several people claim you can get to it via a cheat (or a secret dungeon or something), but even so, if the data is on the ROM as it was released, I say it's fair game. We know that Mitsuda or one of the CT composers composed it, for CT, and that's what matters the most. If it was OST only and the SPC didn't exist, I'd be more hesitant, but as it is I say we should allow mixes of this song, and whatever judgment gets made should be on the basis of the mix's strength. -

Email sub M.T. Yankovich-- Sonic 2-- Synth Sonic OC Remix.mp3 -djp Greetings. This is my remix of "Metropolis Zone" from Sonic 2. Entitled "Synth Sonic", it's a kind of flash back to the 80s like my Thunder Force IV remix from a while back. This one is A LOT of new material... almost to the point of being an original song. However, the rhythm & melody of parts of the original does come through in various sections of the remix. Here's the needed info... Remixed by: The Coop Title: Synth Sonic Original Composer: Masato Nakamura Game: Sonic the Hedgehog 2 System: Genesis Date: 1992 Thanks for your time and hope you enjoy it -- The Coop

Put this under my other stuff as "rimco" and if you want to put my email up, it's rimco@attbi.com. Thanks Pretzel! -Rich aka rimco

I sent you an email a little while back as 'KVMike' with a Banjo song that seems to have disappeared, but no worry, I've got a better one now anyway (and I've decided I don't want to be called KVMike anyway, I'd rather be MikeHive like my AIM nick, if that's okay). It's from Conker's Bad Fur Day on the N64 (it's been my mission to get the first Conker mix in, 'cause I think that game has the most infectuous music ever...). I call this one 'Windy Meadow'; it's sort of a happy, orchestral reworking of the main theme of the game. I hope it is up to scratch. ~MikeHive
