The only mix that was not voted to be removed was Robocop CPC Zone; all other mixes in question have now been voted on and removed.

Dear DJP and judges,
I'd like to submit a remix of the Halo opening theme. The title of the
track is "Programmed For War". I'm not sure if I need to reiterate this,
but my remixer name is Rayagon, and my e-mail is aaron_matteson@hotmail.com.
You can find the remix at. If you
save the "Programmed For War" link, that should get you the remix. Thanks.

One last one that 3 people bitched at me for.
Btw, is anyone else getting this degree of bitching? I think I might have to remove my aim info from the forums or something.
Castlevania_Adventure_CV2K_OC_ReMix.mp3
Apparently an nsf + drumloop with minor remixing skills.
Personally, I dont believe this is an 'extreme violation', but I do agree that it borrowed WAY heavily from other sources, drumloop and original.
What do you guys think?
Not extreme enough, not as bad as the other examples, orchestrates more on top than just drums. Honestly, not saying that just because it's McV, it really does do more than NSF+drumloop.
UPDATE:
Prot's three additions, as well as a Sonic Labyrinth Zone ReMix that's almost certainly a rip of some nature - or far too close to the original - have been added. Please update you votes accordingly.
We have a consensus on 1-16, so I will proceed with their removal at this point in time.

Please evaluate the following ReMixes for removal from OCR prior to lockdown, with an emphasis on standards violations but also taking quality issues into account where applicable. Please respond by indicating each mix by number, in sequence, and putting a YES or NO next to each - YES if you think it should be removed, NO if you think it shouldn't. Leave mixes you are uncertain regarding blank for now. I'll be voting on this set as well, so you can use my post as a template.

Hi djP! bLiNd here. BOOOY have i got something for you!! Here is a description that you can include in the review, if accepted
"I noticed not much coverage of F-zero for the SNES. I started out with a little port town remix and it built up to the point where I wanted to remix the ENTIRE SOUNDTRACK! A total of 2 months production time (50-60 hours) was spent making this remix. It was so big I had to split it into 2 parts (to be under the 6 meg limits) All of the tracks are mixed together DJ style so transitions are smooth. Trust me, you guys wont be disappointed."
Anyway, i really hope you give me a highly recommended hehe. (SOO MANY HOURS OF WORK IN THIS MIX!!)
not sure how you will set it up (2 seperate reviews for part 1 and 2 or both on one page?) but here are the links
[baleted]
HOPE YOU LIKE IT MAN!! peace -jordan

Harro! It's the Wingless
Song title: Godspeed
Game: Starfox
System: Super Nintendo
Original composer: Unknown
This is a remix of the Corneria theme and the finale "blueprint" theme from Starfox. I chose these songs specifically because I'm graduating from college very soon, and afterwards, I'll be attending graduate school. I'm nearing the end of one journey, and starting another, and I thought it would be appropriate to pay homage to that little irony in song. Corneria marks the beginning of your adventure, the finale marks the end.
I'd like to dedicate this particular piece to all those starting or ending their little adventures. To those courageous few at the genesis or the exodus, I wish you Godspeed.
(Special thanks to Israfel, Vigilante, and Beatdrop for their help with this song)

delay-breaker: no
Judges comments are consistent with one another.
-
delay-breaker: No
Repetition and sub-par samples seem to be the primary criticisms, which I concur with.
-
delay-breaker: No
Appears to be too minimalist, with not enough substance. I concur with the judges comments' above.

delay-breaker: No
Sounds like more work and a resubmission are warranted...
-
delay-breaker: No
I concur with the above comments.
-
delay-breaker: No
Judges have a clear consensus on what's holding it back, which you don't always see, and obviously there were elements that were well done. Perhaps resubmission is warranted.
-
delay-breaker: No
I concur with all three judges' comments above.
-
delay-breaker: No
I'd like to add that this may be simply an issue of a genre - scratching and scratching alone - not really being suited to the definition of "arrangement" we have here, which involves... notes.

delay-breaker: No
