You should do this on Arecibo Radio. 10,000 listener cap, 128kbps stream quality, and you'll be on the same stream as other great shows like jmr's Open Circuit (and my shows but they arent so great). They'll also provide you with SAM Broadcaster which makes streaming pretty damn easy. Just sayin'. Not sure you can stream from soundtempest.net unless you can convince the server host there to set up a Shoutcast streaming server. You have to have a server specifically for Shoutcast/Icecast/edcast (they're all the same) in order to stream.

NGI turns 8 next week! Man, I can't believe I've done this thing since 2003... Anyway, Larry's going to be at PAX East this Sunday, so I'll be joined by special guest co-host Suraida-Chan. We may still find a way to get Larry on the show though... I apologize for the downtime again this week. I originally thought it was a server issue, but it's actually a problem with the domain name itself. This time, Siteground has suspended my account, despite my desire to keep the account open with the domain name but cancel my web hosting. I am working on transferring the domain name to a new registrar (I'd rather do that than deal with Siteground anymore,) but it may take up to five days for the transfer to complete if I can't get a hold of Siteground's useless customer service. The server is still accessible by accessing it directly by its IP address, so please use http://87.98.142.95/phpbb3/ to access the remix project forums for the time being. Sorry folks. I'm as annoyed as you are.

EA doing that would be all sorts of illegal. Unless for some reason somebody working on Extra Credits was bound to some sort of non-disclosure agreement regarding EAs marketing, threatening to shut them down would be considered a form of censorship, violating first amendment rights. I really doubt that's going to happen.
